All staff was very friendly and very helpfulThey all where on board of getting the order out and doing some of the best teamwork skills I have seen!!Everyone here deserves beyond a 5 starDefinitely will come back!!!
The people here are nice but they consistently get our drinks wrong. I have never had them make a drink correctly. And I even got burned when a drive through worker passed me a drink and the lid wasn't on. I had surgery on my abdomen a week before so it wasn't pleasant. I spoke to the manager and she said next time mention her name and let them know my drinks were free. No report was taken nothing. We mentioned her name and they didn't even honor the free drink. We try and avoid this Starbucks but it's the closest to our house with a drive through. I'm getting real tired of paying $5 for the wrong drink. All the other Starbucks I go to get it right this is literally the only one.
Have use feedback app before one attempt and got dollar can buy and nice seat to spend open time
