This is the closest Starbucks to me so I go often unfortunately. They aren’t friendly and they don’t make you feel welcomed. There are two short Latinas in specific that have a bad attitude and they do the bare minimum. Iv heard guests before say “what’s her problem” when talking about ordering with her. You can tell they are there for the paycheck and nothing else. The bad service can be overlooked but the bad drinks can not. When you get a drink they leave the syrup on the bottom without mixing it in the espresso or the rest of the drink. You can tell it’s rushed because they don’t put any effort into making it the proper way. On top of all this they are really slow and don’t know how to handle rushes. It’s not uncommon to wait 10-15 minutes for your drink. Last time I was there all the other customers seemed upset and were talking amongst each other about how each of them waited over 15 minutes. So in the end, there isn’t much good to say about this location. Really not worth the hassle, I hope they make changes because they have potential especially since they are a busy location in a nice area.

we love our local Starbucks. Somehow the pre-ordering via an ap is working against the client who push the door and order, it is actually quite a mess with orders piling up and so in front of the people waiting in line. a dedicated pick up counter/ window would make so much sense! Hope management reads this. another point is a very noisy environment with the coffee grinder and machines on top of the music playing and people trying to talk through the mask and plexi-glass. not encouraging !

I like this location. It's small, convenient, and quick. No inside seating, baristas are nice and get drinks out fast.
It's hot or miss with how well your drink is made ... this visits drink was made correctly but not exciting. Yhe kicker was the bakery item. I ordered pumpkin loaf and was asked if I wanted it warmed ... sure why not? Well here's where the miss came into play. When i was given the bag i didn't look inside immediately as i was waiting for my drink and wanted to enjoy them together. When i looked in the bag while after having driven away imagine my surprise that it was still in the plastic wrapper. So needless to say it NOT warmed up. When did the procedure change that food items ordered someplace are left in the packaging and then presented to the customer?
Small and busy parking lot; super frustrating if you're in a rush. No place to sit inside, and only 3 small tables in the shade outside - with no outlets and no internet. My least favorite SB location. Never again.
I love when my orders are crafted just the way I ordered them, and Austin made sure I was properly accommodated, he went above his position; much appreciated for making my day...all my orders were correct to the Tee/Coffee...you guys got all my stars...love Burbank/Van Nuys Starbucks...my favorite Barristers!!!
