I felt like staff is not very caring for customers. I believe they must be a little more gentle when serving food. We did not like the take they offered us and asked to be moved, however they refused. And that was already a big turn down. Our chicken fried rice needed more flavor and not enough chicken. Over all food could have been a lot better, tastier.

Authentic Cantonese food. The best Sam Woo restaurant. We've tried 3 other locations and this one is the best. We've tried the Mixed Vegetable fried rice, salt & pepper fried pork chops, braised tofu, spicy eggplant, sauteed green beans & a saucy fried rice dish that's off menu. Everything in their BBQ section is delicious. We will always make a point to swing by and buy food home whenever we're in the area.

I absolutely love going to this place because of its delicious food and very kind owner, BUT I had a terrible experience with their customer service. One elderly asian woman was speaking to me in such a condescending tone when I asked a simple question about the food. She continued to yell and speak to me in a very rude way, but then used a nicer tone towards some other elderly Asian women customers. I was nothing but kind to her as well. This is discrimination. This place should hire more respectful and non-discriminating workers rather than keep those who respond to customers with bad attitude.

Extremely small portion. $16.95 honey walnut shrimp was not enough to share. The sauce was all mayo, little honey. Rice is not included, costs an additional $1.50 which is chintzy for the price of that dish. Brown rice is not available ever. The carpet is filthy, black pathway level of filth. This was my first and last time. I do not recommend this place.

First time trying this place out recently. We’ve ordered several from their menu but I had the Triple BBQ which includes duck, pork and chicken and I must say it was delicious! The staff were prompt and attended to us very well and the price of the food were affordable!

I loved this place, been going here since 2003. Food use to be good and flavorful now its not so good.Another things, please please change your Menu prices on google menu. Ordered 6 items thinking ohh it will cost about 60 $ coz most the item I chose was 7.95. Then!! I get to the restaurant to pick up the food and they were charging about 12 to 14$ a dish. So my check ends up going up to 95$! Im so confused to why. I dont care about the price, but the fact that you have different prices on your menu online. Its plain wrong and misleading, I am truly saddened by this coz i loved this place.

The best bbq pork! All of their food is made fresh to order. My favorite meal is war wonton soup and a plate of BBQ pork with steamed rice (and there's plenty left over for lunch the next day. They are a cash only business, so stop off at an atm on your way. They are very reasonably priced.

Solid Cantonese style Chinese food specializing in barbecue meats. MacReeves-approved. My favorites are crispy skin roast pork and their roast duck. They also do various noodles well like crispy pan fried noodles and chow fun. They have interesting things like stirfried lotus root with Chinese bacon. Old standbys like Salt and pepper shrimp and squid, wonton and noodle soups.Service is performed by competent and pleasant staff who have worked here for years. Prices are not necessarily cheap but the quality is quite good.Sometimes it’s rather jampacked and you would just have to put your name on the waitlist and wait up to half an hour or so. You may even have to share a table with others which is perfectly fine. There is a separate counter for takeout barbecue meats. Before or after you eat here make sure you pop in to 99 Ranch grocery store for all your Asian culinary ingredients.

Their food I'd good but if you're sensitive to MSG watch out, they use a lot

The fried fresh(for real!) spicy squid and the wor wonton soup were amazingly delicious. I have heard this place is among the best chinese restaurants i'm glad i finally had a chance to visit.
