Pretty bad I order online and the app doesn’t give a ETA, so great taste bad service
Whatever you order drive thru is never ready, they sent you to wait outside where is not parking never come back again
Spent about $65 on family meal and couple side entrees and some dessert just to findvery small portions for a Large order and Everything was Tastless , side entrees and dessert. Don't Order!Chicken is the Only good food here.. 5 stars for chicken ?
Food never disappoints. Better than pollo loco. The only thing is that they should work on their listening skills.

Food good, but when you order in drive thru you have to drive to front of restaurant and wait for order.Majority of staff has attitude and aren't friendly. Few are nice.Keep giving this place multiple chances but same issue.Want to wait 40 mins for drive thru then its ok, but normally ppl want their food now
Tatiana in one self absorbed employee this place has. You can work a job that you don't like and still treat people in a nice way. We the costumers aren't forcing you to work there. You could just say that I can grab my own drink instead of almost wanting to throw the cup at my husband and I. Giving us an attitude just because this night you have to juggle from the drive thru to the front desk. Come on Tatiana
So I ordered chicken to go, somewhat of a big order. I was told a 10 minute wait. I decided to order a chicken sandwich while I wait for my order. I was told they need it to see my vaccination card to dine in. So I asked where was I suppose to wait for my order and I was told I could wait in the restaurant. Makes no sense! you can't dine in inside but you can wait inside?? I mean that defeated the purpose of asking for a Covid19 vaccination card as I'm sitting on a table waiting for my order. I just can't eat my sandwich go figure...
This restaurant is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. Whenever I want to go to a good lunch, this is the place that comes instantly to my mind. good and all kinds of food and a large menu.helpful staff, and nice ambience. And very important, the bill is reasonable. I suggest this spot with pleasure.
