The pizza was really sad. Especially for the price. It was light on the toppings. The pizza was done on time when we picked it up, but I don't think we will be going back. When we asked for a few plate and some parmesan cheeses we were told they did not have any and offered us some napkins. Not worth the trip. Too many other pizza places to try.
My mom called and asked for her order, she doesn't speak English, however, I tried to do it and the one who answered the call yelled at her, she hung up the call and then I called and he did the same thing, I wasted time going to pick up my order and he came back to me nothing because of the lousy staff, we were frequent customers and spent more than $90 dollars on them and now they lose a customer because of their trashy staff btw If I could give 0 stars I would unfortunately have to give 1
I did get the online price because I didn’t order online even so I told them I want it the special I seen online there excuse was I didn’t order online
worst pizza ever, pizza hut used to be good but this one sucked! dry, tough, flavorless.
The food is bomb but when I go pick it up, its only warm and the wings are never fully coated.

My order was wrong. I redeemed my points for a free pizza and it was undercooked. I added your cinnabon desert along with the cookie but received a chocolate brownie and some cold also undercooked. Cinnabons. Is there anyway we can fix this?

I was able to get a free pizza due to the rewards and I got a 10 topping stuffed crust and whoever made that pizza did it so damn perfectly. The order was for pickup at 1pm 10/19/21. Been coming here for years and that was by far the best a pizza has ever tasted for me.
