I keep going to this place because it’s near my house. Sometimes the pizza tastes really weird. I don’t really know how to describe it but it’s very off putting. Sometimes the dough is still partially raw. They get my order wrong probably 1/5 times so please make sure your pizza is right before you take off. Management is cool about trying to make things right after these things (which is why I gave more than 1 star) but it just consistently happens.
Deliver hot food! All my food was cold and the soggy. I also received the wrong items again!!! Very disappointed with my last 2 orders.
My pizza and wings where cold at arrival . I was very disappointed when I paid extra just have it delivered and it was cold I had to warm it up myself. Also the delivery driver didn’t not follow the rules as instructed I left a great tip and all and i still received cold pizza and had to come out side my apt to get it also cheese not melted. Just horrible!!!
I ordered a large 3 topping pizza and there were hardly any toppings. Some slices only had 1 pepperoni, 1 or 2 small slices of mushrooms and 2 sliced olive pieces. We had to pick off other pieces to cover the slice we ate leaving only cheese on the rest. It was very disappointing. The taste was still good but it really needed a reasonable amount of toppings for what was paid. I only ordered a pizza and an order of Cinnabon minis AND picked it up and paid $30. Too much for so little. Guess I should have checked the pizza before I left with it. Lesson learned
I chose this Pizza Hut location over the others, I regret it. Pizza was not proofed enough & cooked at improper temperature. Garlic bread sticks were bland. Pizza crust had weird after taste mixed with oil, stale smell & half baked dough. I would have returned right away to the store if I wasn’t supposed to go to work in next 30 minutes.
The pizza was above expectations appreciate the staff there doing a great job

I just recently decided to order Pizza Hut over Domino’s and that’s the best decision I could’ve ever made. Domino’s is canceled.The customer service over the phone is amazing the guy who took my order was great! The pizza was hot and the cinnamon sticks was hot as well thank you! Please think the guy who took my order and the delivery guy.
terrible takeout experience. ordered online and chose "extra sauce" option. when i got home, saw that the pizza had barely any sauce at all. basically just bread, cheese and toppings. i called to see if i could get a replacement, and they said they were out of the pan pizza dough, which was what i ordered. so i could not even get a replacement. i then tried to see if i could get some kind of refund and then was put on hold. after about 10 minutes on hold, i just hung up. i love pizza hut pizza, but will not go to this location again. ended up tossing the pizza in the trash.
