Service is not that amazing, waiters sometimes ignore you. Amazing food though. Single bathroom for women was very very clean as well as plenty of parking.
Delicious phô in the areaGets pretty busy especially during peak hours. They also offer take out. I enjoy coming here to munch very Delicious foods
I tried a dish that is not typically served at pho restaurants. Bo Koh beef egg noodle soup. SO DELICIOUS. Definitely coming back to try other dishes
It was renovated but service is bad. I sat myself, got my own menu and never asked for my order5 people came after me and they were eating already after someone got my order. I kept on raising my handThe cashier can see no one was helping me and he didn't do a thing.Food used to be okay. This time the soup was warm not hot
I went there to pick a Pho for lunch and the waiter just threw the receipt when I asked for it, when I got back to my workplace to eat the pho, it was filled with onions and I especifically asked not to be included and the person over the phone had repeated my order and verified that I didn't want onions. I don't know if it was just the stock or the onion taste that it had since I could not get all the onions out but it tasted bad in general. I will not be going back there again, it was an overall bad experience.
Worst experience... I have been to this reataurant many times before, without any issue. Last night a friend and I go in for dinner, we had to ask the guy at the front where to sit since no one ackowledge us after standing in front of him for a couple of minutes.When we went to the table where there was spilt soup on the seat and floor still. So we moved to another table and waited 10 minutes without any service... This was not normal...The guy at the front could see us the whole time, we waived him down, and still no service. We decided to just walk put and thank him for his superb customer service, still no response...My friend and decided to get next door to Sam Woo Village BBQ where we were greeted right away and had food on the table within 10 minutes. Everyone was great from their greetings to attentiveness.I would say if you're in this plaza that this pho place would be one to avoid.The Pho 999 across the street has always been consistent, that one is recommended.Verdict: pho so 1 needs better management, avoid if you value your time.
Great food. I also find myself waiting in line for Chann Muoi every other time I am in the area. Please eat and drink here. Great place to bring family.
Heard about place for a long time and finally got to try. Food is phenomenal and ended up ordering more food to take home. There’s a line but it moves fast and organized. Put your name up on the list. Def worth it.
Hands down the best Pho in San Fernando Valley.Awesome soup and incredible egg rolls, that I would dip in the soup ?… yummy ? definitely a place I would recommend.
