The soup is so great wowReally delicious, noodles were perfect :) only thing is beef is a little on the thicker cut size making it a bit harder to chew. None the less a must visit :) staff are nice and place is clean.
The people who work here are very kind, and the chicken pho is very tasty. They also accommodate order changes when written on the comments section when ordering online. This is my go-to pho shop in the valley. I definitely recommend!
Fast service and really good food!
Great price for delicious pho noodles - $9.99 +tax for large bowl and $8.99 + tax for standard size bowl. My family loves this place!
It’s tasty, yes, but my food arrived raw and cold. Pouring broth in did nothing to warm the bowl and even with microwaving the meat did not cook and I had to remove it. Maybe better to eat in than take out.
I’ve been coming here for about 8 years now and loved their food and prices. Today I came in and was asked for my vaccination card or else they would refuse service. While I had the card on me, I think whether I am vaccinated or whether I have the card on me should not be relevant when I’m simply trying to eat
Disgusting, i have tried pho that taste 100 times better than this filthy location. Don't waste your time going there, any other place is definitely better than this.
According to my experience and in my opinion, this is arguably the best pho place in Southern California. I've tried many places and it's hard to beat the authentic fresh taste, consistent quality, and good price of Pho 999. Keeps you coming back for more. AND THEY ARE CLEAN. It's a clean place which is important to me. They are also generous with the portion and condiments. And you get your food fast but it's still so incredibly fresh. Praises and thanks to the Lord for this place, and praises to everyone who operates Pho 999. They do an incredible job in my opinion.
Do not confuse this place with the Reseda location. From the customer service to the food, the Reseda location is 1000 times better than the Van Nuys location. At VN the noodles in the Pho were different, the spring rolls were old and smaller and at Reseda they have this amazing red chili oil that goes perfectly with the Pho. When I asked for this at VN, they just looked at me and pointed at the bottle of siracha on the table. This is sad because I have been going to this location for over 10 years and only found the Reseda location because of VN but since the reopening from the pandemic, this place is trash. GO TO RESEDA and ask for the oil chili and the char beef spring rolls...you'll thank me later!
The 5 stars are for the Pho not the service. I can overlook the service here and the Pho place across the street. Either place you can get a delicious bowl of Pho. Hits the spot each and every time !
