Rated 2 because of my experience tonight. i get the same order every time from this papa John’s and for some reason they jump the price an extra $10 at times. Usually when I ask they fix it back right away but whoever was working the phone today was consistent that it was the higher price. The other weird thing was I called and they answered not even talking and then saying “hello” and “yea”. Is this an establishment your representing or your cell at home ? Very unprofessional I feel the quality of this location has dropped drastically.I called another location down the block and got the correct price, she answered the phone as if it was papa John’s excited to take an order and told me that since it’s a franchise the stores do alter the prices / deals as they please. Not going to this one anymore.
Had my food ordered delivered, is taking a little longer than before .the issue that I have is that a food delivery service brought it to me , when I asked the driver if he received the tip, which was more than $7.00 he didn’t know . So I called the store and the person who answered didn’t know how it works , I think papa Johns is pocketing the drivers tips.

The pizza was overpriced and not very good. I learned a valuable lesson.
The cashier is the the pizza maker too that nasty , grabbing money and masking pizza ,
Terrible service. Said 32 min estimate delivery . It’s been 1 hour 40 min I still don’t have the pizza . Called the shop they don’t even know where the driver is . They said wait 5 more min. The app said it’s been delivered 45 min ago which is a lie ! I’m still waiting lol .
Great pizza never had a problem here. Wish it were closer to my house
They have very good pizza and quick service.
Food is good only reason I'm not rating at 5 is solely based on price and customer service.
That new stuffed crust pizza was great. Pizza was ready when I got there.
