The way they divvy out portions is really disrespectful to the customer. They hold back on the amount of food we receive when we are the ones footing the bill. I'm staring right at them, watching them take food off my plate because they "put too much." I'm usually very satisfied with my experiences at Panda Express but this location does not want to feed its customers. Maybe the mall location nearby has better service.
Panda has gone so downhill! Especially this location, the food was rock hard, stale, and everything literally tasted the same like drenched in soy sauce, so insanely disappointed, workers can't wait to get you out the door, and don't even want to hand you an extra sauce packet! So ridiculous, what a joke service has become, I would be much happier dealing with robots than humans! Hopefully it happens soon!
Good news! They now have their favorites back. Got in just before the 1pm rush. Good eats. Not too noisy either, mellow place.
Not one to typically be harsh with my reviews but this location was absolutely pitiful. When eating at Panda Express I usually have enough food for 2 meals however I found myself still hungry after finishing my usual order. In addition to incredibly cheap portioning, I found a rather large stock of inedible cabbage in my chow mein which likely replaced a large portion of the edible food on my plate. Customer service was adequate but the food (which to me, is more important) was miserable. The rice and Mushroom chicken were old, tough, and dry. The orange chicken was the only palatable part of my meal and that was only because I made a point to wait for the fresh batch as the batch others were served was obviously past the point of being enjoyable. As I said before, I'm usually pretty relaxed when it comes to reviews but this Panda Express location is certainly one to be avoided.
Can't go wrong with some orange panda and whateveres. The only thing is if you come anytime close to an hour befor closing time you won't be able to get half the things on the menu. I'm talking smack without trying to break my and pandas democratic and economic relationship. Just saying if anyone is listening.
A homeless man came in today and smeared his face around the outside of the showing for the food . When I got my food he then proceeded to come up to me and start touching my food . While the workers did absolutely nothing I asked them if I could just get a reorder . When I wanted my sprite which I had just payed for the lady says . “ sorry it’s not my fault “ so is it mine ? I have to pay it again because it’s mine ? Doesn’t make sense .
Place is always busy no matter the time of the day.Staff is friendly and food is good.
Minimal portions on the bowl in an attempt to charge more. Don't order here unless you get the entry.
I had made a review on this location before now I will make a new one since costumer has improved allot and is now a pleasant experience to eat/ pickup your order here
Decent food quality seems to be pretty busy drawback is parking is pretty small and compact not the best
