Walked in at 9:15 p.m. and was told that they could only sell me what they had in the plating behind the glass. They could not cook any more food because they said that they would have to throw it away, even though I had just told them that I was ordering to family meals and One Bowl? How are you going to throw away food that you are about to sell to a customer this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard out of any restaurant.
It’s frustrating that you drive up at 10:30 am and you have to wait 10-15 min for them to finish prepping the food because “it’s not ready” what happened to restaurants being ready before they open, and food is ok,unfortunately these guys are not consistent with their food, some days are good some days are ok.. not bad but just ok,staff sucks it’s like they hate waking up and going to work
Food here is continuously subpar and not prepared as well as other locations. I would go to another one. Sorry ?

Terayaki chicken not cooked enough. They did not bother to cut the chicken-two huge soggy pieces. Definitely not ordering again from the Roscoe location.
Horrible place dirty take so much time to take order and they take the order with a fastidious face if you don't want to work don't came !! you have to buy something for use the restroom .

I got an order of 2 chow mein and 2 broccoli and beef from uber eats. The food came in and I was extremely disappointed to see just broccoli and an excuse of one piece of beef, especially when I was extremely hungry. I called in to speak with the manager since I order regularly from them, and she told me she can’t do anything unless I drive all the way to the store then maybe she can credit me something. I paid double the price just to have it delivered, why would i spend even more money for a mistake she made? All I wanted was a discount on my second order or credit for the entire meal so I can order it again, hopefully with meat this time …The manager then told me to hold on put the phone on the side and attended to a customer, completely ignoring my situation then never picked up the phone. I called back to see what happened and nobody answered me.Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place especially after testing their professionalism.!!!
The Dining Area was kept clean, the service was fast, friendly and professional.When I said that I was going to dine-in, the cashier asked to see my proof of Vaccinations, I showed her a picture of my Vaccination Card and she looked at it closely.The food was tasty and fresh. I tried the new Cripy Almond chicken Breast and it was good! Along with my favorite Beijing Beef and Chow Mien.The food was good and at a fair price, the place was clean and well kept and the service was friendly and professional. What more could you ask for?
