I go to this panda about 5 times a year and every online order has been messee up - forgotten things or incorrect item. In person the staff is either great or extremely rude. The beef and brocoli has 2 shreds of beef, we ordered 3 times to rule out one bad chance but it's 100% failure.
I came in when it was slow. And you guys forgot my Kung pow on the side for My bigger plate. I saw them put it in the box and I assumed they put it in the bag but I got home and nothing was in the bag just my plate and 2 kids meals. It's frustrating because I don't live near by. That is the closest panda to me and I keep calling the restaurant 10 times and nobody answers your phones.
How can you forget an entry an not check
I have been coming here for over 3 years now simply because its in my neighborhood.The food servings are very poor compared to what we pay. Adding a little extra or half a scoop will not make the business to fail. Instead you will have a happ customer and a return one at that. I understand there are rules to follow but this location has no idea what customer service means.Furthermore the staff are very rude. A little training in customer service is required.Anyway whether it changes or not i am not coming to this location any longer .
Service was not very nice, and the food was much worse. This panda used to be great but now the food taste so off. The portion control is out of hand,onions weren't even cooked, and over all doesn't feel like your eating good real food anymore. This location is just not worth it.
Big time attitude and lack of common sense....disrespectful and lost a customer today...shame on this location. i would never eat panda here ever again.
This place used to be great, but now its only that way at typical lunch and dinner times. In between or after those times, the food is sitting there getting old and soft and tasteless. Even an hour before closing, choices are limited and far from fresh.
No joke. How come this place is so good?! I swear that the Panda Express is always busy!!! But OMG it is so worth the wait!!! Please give me lots more of that Orange Chicken!!! And some of the Honey Walnut shrimp!!! I'll take mine to go.
