Food was very good. One of us had ribs and shrimp. The shrimp was okay but the ribs were very good. Another of us had fish and chips and it also came with salad and soup. All of it was very, very good. The place was hopping and they could've ysed a couple more waitresses but it all seemed to work out. People laughing and having fun. All in all, very enjoyable. Thank you again!!!
Me and my daughter used to go there 3 times a week, mostly for their delicious soup. It just happened that they changed the menu and now the soups are watery without any flavor, not to mention the changes to other dishes as well. The salad is a disgrace. Las time I got a chunk of a heart of lettuce and that was supposed to be the salad. So disappointed that they decided to change their menu after so many years. I would never go there again and I’ll make sure my friends and family don’t go either.
Order took far too long. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong. Never once checked up on us and our drinks... and he somehow lost our check in the process and had to ask us once again what we had ordered so we can get out of there. I couldn't even finish my food with how upset I was. Terrible experience. Utterly disappointed. Won't be going back anytime soon sadly.
I have not been to Norm's for many years. I recently moved to the area. As I drove by I saw the advertisement for $7.99 breakfast. My experienced #1) very big parking opened & plenty spaces. #2) Very good location at the corner of Sherman Way & Woodman. #3) Excellent dinning atmosphere. The place was packed with dinners & some line.The food, it wasn't so good. Jack in Box jumbo platter would have been much better plus it comes with a hash brown. I probably give another try on a different menu, like NY- T steak with gamblers soup.

I’ve been calling the corporate office to speak to some regarding an accident that took place last weekend on 2/19/2022, with a server and manager and no has been able to call me I even wrote an email and no response. It looks like I will have to take it to BBB

Have always enjoyed Norms. Currently you need to show your vaccination card or proof thereof and they have an abbreviated menu. Service was still good and prices not too bad considering everything we gone through.
We stared off with the worst server EVER! (I not going to mention his name) We asked for management. And when Samantha came over, she was great!!! Extremely professional and courteous! She handled the situation and paired us with a new server. Her name is Cynthia. Oh before management came over, Cynthia who wasn't our server yet came over to the table to see if we were alright. She did so without promoting because she said she saw a distressed look on our faces. Both Samantha and Cynthia truly made our experience a wonderfully positive one! Thank you ladies for doing your jobs with initiative and integrity! Two extremely pleased customers ?
Review for December 26th 2021. I haven't been here in a long time. But today I decided to come by myself to enjoy some breakfast. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely love the service and the great food here. Thank you for all the great memories throughout the years. Today I was able to enjoy steak shrimp and chicken with onion rings. It was very delicious and very tasty. Thank you so much I really appreciate it.
