Well, wasn't sure what to expect. But I was gladly surprised. I had the cat fish po boy. Catfish WAS FIRE!!! I should have taken a picture, but it was just that good that I didn't make it.If you have the chance to get served by Paris, she will treat you like a king/queen. I felt so at home on my first visit.Back to the catfish. Food was well seasoned, and fries were scrumptious. I'd go again!
best barbecue ever. so tasty and tender. the collard greens and mac and cheese are so so soo delicious too. Great sweet potato pie too. It’s all really good. I was just telling someone about it, I moved 2 hours away and miss it. I’m so glad it is still open. Real comfort and soul food with a lot of history!
Energy from these folks is nonchalant and rude. This place will not last long with bad customer service.
Recently visited and was very disappointed my fried chicken was soggy the baked beans were crunchy(undercooked) and too sweet my son ordered the snapped and it was very dry will not be 1st impression is everything disappointed as I have enjoyed Mom B-Que for over 30 yrs. Ms. Geneva will be sorely missed.

This restaurant is the one I like best. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very cordial and the cuisine they offer is so yummy. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent meal here. I highly recommend this place.
They told me they had Hot water corn bread look like shambles eggs or pancake batter throwed in a skillet look like crumbled up,not cut pieces. Too much gravy can't taste the Oxtails at all or the rice , black eye peas were sour !! Had to have my Greens replaced with snap peas .I im feeding the Oxtails to my dogs !! What a rip off !! I've never had soul food taste that bad ! Maybe they know how to fry fish ,I'll never no !! I payed for 2 plates almost $70 bucks for slop !! I wouldn't recommend this place ,go some where else !!
Love the food everything on the menu is excellent,I've been going there for 15 years and every time I try the ribs they taste like ftbe first time (excellent ) love that place...
We happened to be nearby and just thought the menu looked pretty good so we decided to try it. Everything we ordered from here was amazing! I honestly can’t decide what I liked best. The people working were also super cool and friendly. Definitely will be returning here.
