Hands down the best pupusas I've ever had (doesn't say much judging from how white I am) but I'm so thankful my partner shainy introduced me to this place. I can only see myself coming here for the foreseeable future
I love the pupusas here. They are HUGE. Yes they are pricey but these have so much food inside of them and they are not greasy which is the best part. I am a chicharrón lover and the way their chicharrón in the pupusas is prepared is phenomenal. They don’t give you some weird mush. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. Best pupusas I’ve had so far since moving to the valley. I have gone in person and also ordered them on Doordash they are Bomb! I was reading the comments on the soups and I can’t wait to try them all to see if they are like delish like I’ve read. I only order pupusas from this place now. The pupusas de chicharrón con queso don’t disappoint. The horchata is made from straight up morro seed which is very different then how the Mexican horchata is made from rice and nuts. I love them both but this place keeps it authentic Salvadoran which is nice. When I went in person had a Salvadorian breakfast, with eggs, frijoles fritos, queso fresco and bread super delicious reminded me of my mom’s cooking when she would make me breakfast. I can’t speak too much on the customer service bc when I was there to dine in I didn’t have too much interaction. They came to the table to check in on us 3-4 times and left my cousin and I to have our conversation fully and that’s what I like. I don’t like them Checking in so frequent that I’m stopping my conversation so I would say on the service I have no complaints.
I wanted a Pupusa with cheese and beans. This is what I got. Obviously I was trying to find a good piece. It was burned, dried, and nasty. Worst place I ever been too. Not only that but the man that answers the phone to take orders is rude and sarcastic. Nasty ? don’t go there.
I ordered a steak encebollado and I got steak with very little onion lots of bell peppers and some weird red sauce that tasted like mustard and was also sweet, it was terrible the pupusas we're kinda bland.
Food is great but they ignore people even if it’s not as busy . Makes your experience disappointing cause the first thing that brings you in is the good welcoming
Food and service are really good. They have made an outdoor dining area that is really nice to enjoy your meal also very good prices!
La forma en q Metapan podría mejorar seria q el dueño cerote d Isa deje d acosar a los esposos d las clientas. Es d muy mal gusto q le diga a los clientes q le hagan el favor d darle verga sin importarle q los clientes sean casados. Es un tipo asqueroso, q no merece ningún tipo d respeto.
Great food. Was sorta busy so I imdersyand a wait for food. But seemed to take forever just to take our orders.Food was amazing. Micholada and drinks were made very well.
Love the pupusas they are huge i went yesterday but they didn't taste the same as other time in the past
