This review is a little bit about this location, but I want to say something about McDonald's in general.The employees at this location were pleasant and quick from the guy taking orders outside in the drive-thru line to the cashier and the person that handed me the food.My observation is McDonald's has really stepped away from trying to offer healthier options like salads. Those are long gone. When I asked the guy if I can get a burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun he said they dont have that option either.The only reason I stopped there was because of my granddaughter. Since I am trying to eat healthier, if I absolutely have to stop at a fast food place, it will only be somewhere where I can get a salad. Sorry not sorry, McDonald's.
Super bad customer service!!Will try & avoid this location in the future.Had a special order & it was done too quickly, fries were not hot, & when we asked for fresh 1s, the girl @ the window jst stood there & stared @ us.When the new fries were given to us, they looked like the old 1s & tasted as they were jst reheated & not even salted.Really disappointed in the location.
Thus place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The drive through is ridiculous. And no one was at counter to assist me. They wanted me to use the kiosks. Will not visit them again.Burger King will be getting my business from now on.
The service sucks!! The 2 females are so rude and disrespectful, the only one that was polite and professional was a young man with curly hair.. Never again to this MCDS
The food was owful and that gives me a stomachache, I really suggest that u check ur procedures something is wrong in this place, don't go!!
It's Mickey Dees. What are you expecting? The line moved pretty okay. It's just like every other McDonald's in America.
Decent place alot of homeless and activity at this location always have to double check your order they mess up never give napkins or suaces and I bit rude
They are always given wrong orders in the drive thru because they want to speed things up that they aren't paying attention what they served you.
The app was acting up, sending my order to a McDonald's in Encino, and I was in Van Nuys... but they were able to help me at the restaurant where I was! Thank you ? ? ☺️
