Literally got nothing on my order right and they won’t answer the phone to help me out. They always get something wrong on the order and this time they couldn’t even get the ketchup packets right. Missing a hashbrown and didn’t get the sausage McMuffins I asked for. If you like old oil tasting fries and getting your order wrong, come to this McDonalds. This McDonalds is a joke.

They never have shakes as something is always wrong with the machine. I was there today and I asked about it. One person said it needs to be cleaned and only two people know how to clean it. Another employee said a part needs to be replaced because it's broken and they don't know when it will be fixed.I also paid for an apple pie but was then told they didn't have any after I paid for it. Another time I wanted a quarter pounder with cheese but was told they were out of them.All in all, this location has horrible management as they don't order enough supplies and don't train employees how to maintain the equipment. Makes me wonder what else employees are not trained to do.

Generally I like McDonald's for what it is. I know what to expect in regards to food. The staff can be pleasant. Lately, however, the administration here, (payment and ordering) has been...Difficult. About 90% of the time I order on the app to make things easier. Half the time my order is incorrect. Minor things such as sweet tea instead of unsweetened, when they have it, not to mention issues with soft serve ice cream if they have it or putting onions on a burger when specified zero on the app.Today while in drive thru during lunch, the ordering and payment software went down. It went from ordering and paying with a credit card online, to reordering / pay with credit card at the window to having to pay with cash and not receiving the promo points. A quick look in the rear view had 10 cars in line.

What's there to say about McDonald's they're everywhere I've been around forever and if you haven't been to McDonald's you're not from Earth. I hadn't been there in a while, I know it's fast food, junk food but I can smell it down the block from the grocery store and I know you're not supposed to go food shopping when you're hungry so, I went down there and got a couple double cheeseburgers. I wasn't sure what to expect and they seemed a little small but honestly they're better than I remembered. Not going to make a habit of it but I've been back there since they do have the best damn fries anywhere and their Cokes are perfect. And that's about it.

So today I was at this location asked for my food to be fresh I got to the second window and I checked my food like always and it wasn’t fresh so I asked the manager for it to be fresh she said my crispy was fresh which obviously it wasn’t and she screamed at me saying go park go park and I wasn’t being rude I come to buy food not for no manager to give me attitude you guys need to train the MANAGERS BETTER FOT THEM NOT TO GIVE THE CUSTOMERS ANY TYPE IF ATTITUDE.

DEAR MANAGEMENT. THIS IS AN EASY FIX.Maybe they are open, maybe they are not. Hours on door are irrelevant. Dining room closes randomly and other times just does not open. No sign. No indication. No nothingI live around the corner and would be regular customer if it was remotely possibly to know when dining room will be open. It Impossible to know.Very obvious customer is not at all important.Was inside yesterday at 330p when Manager walks over locks doors. I counted 20+ customers afterward for 30 minutes wanting to enter with varied reactions of confused and angry.Before I left I asked Manager why closed.Response: “I want to open but I don’t want want to run around.” Oh! Open = more work than I feel like performing.And “maybe we will open later”. Maybe?You exist for customers. Not the other way around. Respect that.

The tea always tastes funny and they cook so many frys at one time you have to go in to get fresh ones. Why not drop 1 basket dump then drop another etc as needed. And do something about the tea, I thought it had a auto dispenser and made the same every where.

2 deluxe breakfasts come with hash browns, I got once hash brown and one empty wrapper.It all started when some young chick took my order, I asked for a big breakfast deluxe. I though that was what it was called, but I guess they’re both different items, no big deal I go for the deluxe. This is where the problem starts. “WHuT eLsE?!?!” I ask for a second deluxe. Her response is again “WhUT ELSE!!?!?” As if she was rushing me so I took my time and ordered two orange juices. Guess she got mad so I didn’t get a hash brown lol

Bad customer service. I had to keep asking for ketchup and they would increase the amount only by 3 for a family sized order. They also gave me fries that weren't full.

Service is good but always crowded. Food is always on point but takes forever due to long lines and the drive-through. However they handle it well so got to give credit for that. Just wish they were a little faster.
