Dang pupusas out here are expensive. It’s good but not to my taste buds. They are okay in my opinion I just think 5$ is pretty expensive for some pupusas. I ordered 5 of them. The Curtido was okay. The service is okay as well would I come back maybe . Cool thing they offer the colored pupusas those are different.
Well place opened late, cook did not wash her hands and attempted to xook my food w same glove she touch other items such cashier where money is. I asked her to change gloves and she was very unhappy to be ask to be clean and fllow hygiene protocol.
A gem of a Pupuseria right there in Van Nuys!
Pupusas are ok, ordered sopa de res and sopa de pata, they could put a little more meat , sopa de res only had about an ounce and 1/2 of beef the rest was just vegetables , sopa de pata had about 2 and half ounces of beef tripe . I think this restaurant is over priced both soups $35.00 and for what I looked on the menu most menu items were above $15.00 except for the pupusas. And I wonder why they only ask for the vaccine card for the people who eat there and not the ones who are ordering take out. Sopa de pata was not tasty . Not going back.
One of the best pupusa spots I've been to in LA. I got a queso y loroco pupusa (my fave) and a queso pupusa. 10/10. Curtido was also 10/10. Next time I will try revuelta
La Sabrosa Restaurant has some really good food. We had the fried quesadilla along with the pupusas. They also have some specialty pupusas we decided to get a pupusa with habanero and one with hot cheetos. The food here is really good I definitely recommend this spot.
Love it everything es Delicious
Great Pupusas!
My friend and I decided to give this small place a try for lunch. Glad we did. I loved my Gorditas platter and he loved his tostados. All good.
Real Salvadorian pupusas, really good taste and deals. Once you try you'll go back.
