The line here always moves slow.. I am talking about 4 or 5 in the line. 20 min wait for a paleta is not cool.
They definitely satisfy your sweet tooth the esquite was bomb love the way they hook up the bags of chips with lemon and hot sauce
It's a great experience,, The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Highly recommended !

I just left your location (15705 1/2 Vanowen St, Van Nuys, CA 9140) on August 8th 2021 and I had a poor experience with the female employee working there at 9:30pm. (She was a blonde rooted girl with acrylic nails on) She did not acknowledge me when I walked in. The boy working with her did my order while she was talking to her mom instead of charging me. When I went up to her so she can charge me she gave me a snarky look as if they were closed (when they close at 10pm) and started to count the till. After she restarted her register so she could charge me she proceeded to take free ice cream, agua fresca and chips for her and her family without paying. Very poor service. On the other hand the boy working with her was AMAZING.
Temperature of the ice cream its not good , service it's really bad. Ice cream tastes old , display pictures. Are. Fake. Not what you get see banana split. It's a soup of banana , bad bad
