Great food here. You won’t find that many places in the states this authentic.
I’m in disbelief. This was found in my daughters pupusas. I called the restaurant and the owner said, “Do what you want”. So unprofessional and rude. Do me a favor and never go to this location. This makes us Salvadorans look so bad.If you do eat here, be careful.

Had to take my hot chocolate to go, ( already in a to go cup) asked for a lid, and the owner said " we don't have any?.
Food is good, worst customer service by far. Rude and they just plain don’t care.l Try to ask for a mere cardboard for take out and wow! Go a head try it, you’ll get the rudest NO.
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in LA. Out of a big order, one of the kids asked for vegetarian pupusas (bean and cheese) and got hung up on. Do not recommend.

The short chubby lady doesn’t know how to greet or communicate with customers. Very rude and gave me the wrong order when she knows what I get every time I call to order. Going in and now calling aren’t the exceptions.?
Sorry for low rating, but as a regular customer for about 5 years, and observing no improvement in the environment that it's not clean, specially now dealing with viruses, I think a clean place give us more peace of mind.
Worst customer service ever!!!It wouldn't surprise me if this place shuts down, anytime soon.Don't recommend this place to anyone
