I love this Jersey Mike's. This is one of my favorite locations. The staff are always helpful and fun, and the store itself is very clean. The sandwiches always taste delicious and are well worth the price. Make sure you use shore points to earn points for a free sandwich (48 for a mini, 72 for a regular, 144 for a giant).
The best Jersey Mike's experience I've had. They didn't skimp on the veggies like some locations. And the service was very friendly. Recommended.
Freshly made sandwiches. I haven't had a sandwich yet that I was disappointed with. I get the Philly cheese sandwich with chicken and hot wing sauce. Good stuff??
I placed an order online 3/3 .. the order was made before the requested time so not sure how long it had been sitting where everyone had access to paid food. My sandwich was so sloppily made it fell apart.
I am here staying in line for about 10 minutes waiting for my order and suddenly one of the employees 500 pounds latino girl with 20 inch fake lashes on with disgusting make up on her face and all over her masks yelling loudly you need to put mask on . I said i know there is no more requirement for masks she turns her square shape 3000 pound ?with dirtiest jeans on ironically looking at me from toe to head saying we can’t serve you. Can u imagine if she ever has a power anywhere. The other employees felt bad and nice girl with a nose piercing and a small smile face latino guy handed me a mask so I won’t leave. All of them are nice but that big one have to be fired
The Staff at this Location are so great. Very Friendly, helpful to customers, and make the Sandwiches better than the pictures.
I was pretty offended that the guy behind the counter rudely told me to pull my mask over my nose as soon as I got in the store. Not only was I not standing by anyone but I just put on my mask and was going to adjust it anyway. But rather than say welcome ..I was rudely told to fix my mask. I walked right out. Great way to earn business. I will not spend my hard earned money in a place that makes me feel unwelcome. This guy should really learn how to talk to and treat costumers. Without customers he would have to find a different job. I wouldn't hire him.
I like their subs. I order Mike's way minus onions. The vinegar, salt, pepper (and oil if that's in there) is tasty. I realize it's fast food but the combo quantity varies from preparer to preparer. It's usually good but sometimes it's a little better balance to my undefined taste buds. I'll keep going back though. I like their food.
If I could give a negative number for this store it would be -10. This is the worst store ever. They never get your order straight. I've tried many times and they always mess it up. If you want to wait for an order only to get it wrong by the time you get home go here. Bad attitudes everywhere. Very insulting people.
This location SCAMMED me by adding a $5 tip that I didn't approve. AVOID THEIR SCAM by AVOIDING THIS VAN NUYS JERSEY MIKE'S (located next to Panda Express and near a Ralphs). If you buy from this location with a card, definitely keep your receipt for a month or so to ensure you're not scammed as well.
