Hit or miss like most places these days sometimes the food is really good other times makes you want to throw up and that’s before you even start eating it. Guess it all depends on when the Lazy Crew is working. When its well made with fresh ingredients its great other times its cold to the touch and I live a block away. If not for the convenience factor I’d rarely if ever visit this location.
The best customer service always... The employees here are the best I have to say. Treat you with kindness and you always feel taken care of no matter who you are.... They really should be the example to follow... Lankershim..Thank you ladies... You make a difference Good Food Great Service... No matter how busy they are if you need to use the bathroom while waiting for your order or somewhere in the middle of your visit..they never make you feel forgotten offering quick entry to the wash room.
Had my best brunch here. I enjoyed the food and I got my favorite portion. Fast and good customer service.
I like breakfast here better than any other fast food establishment. So if breakfast is your goal give Jack a shot.

B-fast is good.. but the large iced coffee I CHOSE to order gave me a mini panic attack because I thought it was a bit too strong. But good and convienant accepts EBT.

They forgot one to include one drink in our order (3 combos) and when I brought it to their attention, the shift manager replaced the small drink with a larger one and was very cool about it.
The staff was very friendly I ordered a one-piece egg roll and got a three piece instead when I only paid for a one piece but the staff is very friendly and if you have any issues while dining in or taking out they'll be happy to help you
