They're pretty good. Better than McDonald's for sure!Update, ive been going to this location a few times, and birthday they've been great especially the girls who work the drive thru at night. However last night the actual manager was so ignorant. It was shocking.JITB on their receipts give you a website to leave feedback, in return you get a bogo jumbo jack, the manager would not honor it. At first he had no idea what i was giving him, when i gave his my old receipt with the 4 digit code, then he told me I could only use it at the same location i originallywent to (a flat out made up lie) . To which I said no. You can ysec then any where. I've used it before here, and used a receipt here at the Sherman location. He reluctantly took the receipt, and started walking around mumbling something. To which I Said, look, I've been waiting in line for 20+ minutes if you're not going to honor it. You're going to loose the entire sale ( my order was $14, the food was at the window in the bags, I asked if he could get the manager, and he said he was the manager, and I asked if he could get someone more familiar with working the window, as clearly he was lost.Again he told me this wasn't diverging they did, at which point a snapped back " dude, this offer is on every single one of your receipts..." he typed something into the computer, And said my code was no good, I helped up my phone with the number still on it. And he said they'd nothing I could do...So I told him to give me my code back, and to have a great night, that he could just throw away the bags, and now instead of 1 free burger, he lost $14 in sales.Like I said the 2 women I've always seen there overnights ate awesome, always friendly,Accurate, and know what's going on... they should be the managers not this moron.
The food here was pretty bad. If all other Jack in the Boxes tasted like this I wouldn't buy from there anymore to be completely honest...

What a shame. This location's customer service is absolutely terrible. My dad had gone through the drive-thru early in the afternoon on Saturday 2/19/22 between 1:25- 1:40p.m. to order some breakfast. My dad had asked for a change to an order, which the young woman at the front answered very rudely. When my dad saw his order, it was not what he had asked for. He parked and went inside the store to ask if they could change the order to what he had asked. Keep in mind, my dad is a complete gentleman and is very kind. It was no issue for him at all. When he asked the woman who helped him at the drive-thru for help, she grabbed his food and threw it aggressively in the trash. The manager was watching. Not doing anything. She didn't even help him out nor apologized for her employee's behavior.When she threw the food in the trash, he asked her if she wasn't in a good mood, to which she replied, "YES!" He then asked for her name, because she wasn't wearing her name tag. She didn't answer. So, my dad asked the manager, who was next to her, what the employee's name was. All the manager said was, "Vanessa."When my dad got his order and was about to leave the restaurant, they started to yell mockingly several times, "Bye, bye,bye!"This really affected my dad. He's 62 years old and suffers from really high blood pressure. He is super kind, and in no way did he deserve to be treated this way. No person deserves to be treated this way.

Worst Jack in the Box in California. Gives me food poisoning, I throw up their food. Bad quality.. Their kitchen is doing something wrong.
