I have a lot to say about this place. I went and I ordered some stuff jalapenos they told me they don't have the item available since they were cleaning the fryer I said is there any other fryer they can use. They had a bad attitude they said no the only thing I could order was three items after menu which was burgers without fries. That was very upset now when it came to ordering from the app same thing they always have missing stuff from their menu. I would rather drive miles to another Jack in the box then order from this place
legit never have these guys gotten my order wrong, either by mobile app or by drive thru. not once. since 2008. that's like 16 years of batting 1000. deserving of a 5 star, which I'm trying to give out less and less and only reserve em for like the best places I go. to be clear, I'm not speaking to the inside dining experience, or anything that's not related to either drive thru or mobile app ordering.
I was an employee at one of your franchises located at 16860 Vanowen St, Van Nuys, CA 91406 store number 3555 under store manager Magli. Since the beginning of my employment, Mrs. Magli has consistently made me uncomfortable to work due to public displays of humiliation (please see attached picture) that show her unprofessionalism. In addition to making me feel humiliated, she continually disregards my health concerns especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. For example, today (March 29, 2022) I called the store in advance to notify my absence for my upcoming shift 5.5 hours in advance due to my painful headache and blurry vision from an unexpected injury last night. Mrs. Magli proceeded to deny my claims over the phone and strongly suggested to take a “pill” and come into work regardless of my pain. Through her words and action she confirms that my well being and mental health is secondary to her. When I suggested to close the dine due to low staff (there would only be myself and another employee) she stated “I can’t do that.” When I repeated that I could not come in due to my health concerns, she slandered me by stating that I always call off which is not true because I am a good employee who does not recklessly call off for no reason. Since I started I knew I could not call off because she threatens her employees with taking their hours away and proceeded to do so by telling me to not come in for my scheduled shift on Thursday without my consent.Her condescending & patronizing tone prevents other employees and myself to openly speak to her about any work concerns or scheduling requests.This is an unhealthy work environment which poorly represents your franchise. This place is unprofessional ruined by a narcissistic woman. I feel terrible for her employees that deal with slavery. I don’t recommend a job here at this location or any that has usood as management. They don’t care about your feelings r well being.
This location is weird... The food is typically good, better than most Jack"s. I gave one star for the simple fact they have the rudest people at the drive through. It not just one they are all a bit of a douche. It's almost like now they make $16 an hour they feel they're too good to speak respectfully and courteously to people that eat at Jack in the box. You all need to work on that.
Haven't been a while. Good munchies food. Good service. Good prices. Pretty solid spot.
In my opinion it's better than McDonald but not by much. I love there breakfast meals and deals. Its basically your typical fast food joint but they still have some great items on their menu.
Service was a little slower but my fries were fresh and the iced coffee hit the spot. The employees wore masks and worked effectively and efficiently.
The Spicy Nacho Chicken Sandwich is delicious.
I live on Jack in the Box fast and convenient for Breakfast or lunch or dinner or your late night munchies..... I'm here normally 2 times a day sometimes 3 or 4....
I tried to come in person at 6:30pm to order some food because I live right next door to this location. The doors were locked but the hours posted on the door said the dining room was open until 10pm. I knocked on the door and was stared at by two different employees but no one came over to communicate with me. I would’ve been fine with someone telling me the dining was closed but the blatantly disregard me as a customer was very upsetting. This location hasn’t always been the friendliest but I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. It’s a shame I have to find another restaurant to spend my money.
