Had tried them plenty of times courtesy of my sister; I was expecting the same great level in customer service.I waited an additional 37 minutes above the quoted 55 minutes due to the first mistake from the kitchen. After I clearly communicated the order. I got complimentary soda, then they proceeded to package 3 orders into 2. They were ordered and paid for separately, so they can be packaged separately and it was all too much for a 2+ hour total wait time.Severely disappointed and they are keeping their 2 stars because the sushi was actually good. I just would NOT recommend due to their poor service and disregard for detail, attention to customer.
I follow a page on Instagram LosAngelesBucketlist and they posted this place and my daughter and i traveled 2 hrs to go try it and OMG the sushi is the best sushi I have ever had you guys must try it we bought a box total on my bill was 70 and I picked the sushi randomly all the sushi was delicious and went my 6 yr old is eating something too it’s because it is good she didn’t like sushi before till now, we’ll definitely be going back. Sushi is only for take out it’s not a restaurant it’s located in a building with other businesses.
Food is always made fresh and is always delicious. I really love the unique presentation of the food from this place both creative and beautiful.
Order ahead because they often sell out! Pick-up is at a ghost kitchen, we had a little bit of a wait even though we indicated what time we would be coming by for pick-up but it's worth the wait! The rolls are delicious, carefully put together, and the packaging is awesome! My only comment is that the chilotes roll needs more of a spicy kick especially since hot cheetos is the star of the roll!
First time decided to go here cause food looked good. I was there at 7:10pm. Sign says they are open till 7:45pm. Door was locked. Nobody answered the bell, knock on the door or the phone. Stood there for 10 minutes with no answer. Left to go somewhere else. Not a good First impression.
Guys, you gotta work on your recipes. Sushi were absolutely tasteless. I got set of 3 . The only roll I kinda enjoyed was OMG roll I believe. Also, double check your order - I had to ask for sushi container, extra sauce. And they forgot to put any wasabi even though I mentioned it in my order. I like to support small businesses - but guys you have to be more professional about your product. +3 stars for a friendly lady at the pickup.
Their sushi boxes are so unique. I kept coming back for more. So yummy!
As delivery person I just wanna say they take forever. Who ever is in charge doesn’t keep staff in line to be productive. I’ve waited almost an hour for small order.
