The service here was the amazing. The two ladies working were very nice and made sure we enjoyed our meal. There was no wait for a table and the food arrived very fast. The sizzling rice soup was amazing and tasted great with spicy chili sauce. The veggie rolls were also great, especially with the sweet and sour sauce that it came with. The shrimp chowmein was very good and not too greasy but also not dry. The shrimp was well cooked and tasted great. I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back.
Google says they close at 10pm so we went around 8:30pm. Two of us got there and they told us they close at 9:10pm. So one lady rushed us to take our orders. Ordered honey walnut shrimp, beef chow mein, and chicken fried rice. They brought it out fairly quickly. The rice was good, just a bit too greasy for my taste. Shrimp were big and were great. Chow mein had a bit of an odd flavor from what I heard. Parking is on the side. Place looked nice inside, not in a great area though.
First time eating at this place, food was ok. We were asked if we were going to pay cash or credit card when we place the food order, we said credit card, to our surprise the tip was added 20% to the bill, I asked why and we were told that tips are added automatically. I spoke to an older Asian lady which didn't have a friendly attitude and I asked her to remove the tip from the bill and she did but with attitude. We left a cash tip but I'm happy that we read the bill because we usually leave cash on the table.Not nice.
Good food and you do get a lot of food I recommend going here for sure

I don't have to ask why it is always so empty ... No one likes nasty attitudes where you spend your money. The food here over the 12 years I have ordered dined in and take out is usually good. There was a period where they cut back to much smaller containers. But they seem to be back to the bigger ones. But the older woman up front just lost my loyal business. Her attitude just is unprofessional, unpleasant and tarnished the meal. It is truly ashame. I know she was taken aback when I only ordered 2 dishes because it is normally 7. But I took the rest of my order else where after I picked up my neighbors request. Business is as business does. Van Nuys has a vast selection of other choices.
Ordered some orange chicken, beef and broccoli and hot and sour soup. To he honest, the beef itself didn't have too much flavor but the overall flavor was great. The orange chicken could have been crispier - try ordering the sauce on the side. Overall it was delicious.But the best thing I had was the hot and sour shrimp soup. My god that was so good, and I'm thinking about it right now which is why I wrote this review. Give it a try.
Horrible. No refund on mistake ordered online.Manager is rude and cares more about the money than satisfaction on customers. Horrible attitude. Regret purchasing disgusting food, can’t even get a refund.
