Best Mediterranean food in the area. Found them on Postmates and their food is always fresh and flavorful. My go to are the boneless chicken and beef kebabs, they’re never chewy and always soft and perfectly seasoned 10/10 recommend !!
The reason why I’m giving one star is because you guys messed up my order twice tonight. Whoever is taking those Uber eat requests you gotta pay attention more because you provided poor service to me.

I was greeted and serve by well knowledge young ladies. Diana and Liz they were warm, Inviting and the Hummus light and delicious also the Juices are flesh and natural no added sugar. I look forward to the other items on the menu ?
Ordered for dine in and had one person ahead of me. Took 20mins to get my food :( kinda wild but I am sure it’s because of the to go orders they are pumping out. I got a gyro and it wasn’t worth it :( First bites were so salty and the meat was cold. I figured it was taking long because of them cooking meat but I guess I was wrong.
Our family and one of family friends couple, went for Lunch on 9/15/21 at Fresh Grill, Sherman way Van Nuys,CA.We ordered Falafal plate vegan and Lamb plate with rice and pita.Food was tasty and presentation was very nice.The hummus was also amazing. The staff was friendly.
Love all the other Fresh Grill franchise but the different menus, restrictions on meal prep, & extra charges on all toppings makes it hard to compare this location to the others
The main reason I am giving a one star is because of service. I had a takeout order and I made my order very clear, which baffles me because when the server read my order back to me, it sounded just as is. So tell me why when I get there, my order is different. I was missing a plate, I was given a massive tub of hummus, which is not what I meant by when I said I wanted a side order. So, when I called back in, Angel was the one who answered and also happened to be the one who took my order. And when I mentioned that I was missing a plate, his resolution was to put in a brand new order and charge me for the second plate that I thought I had clearly ordered the first time.Honestly I feel like I was overcharged for the little bit of food I had ordered.I love the food here, but the service this time around was the worst I have experienced.
Food was very delicious but what might stop me from ever eating at this establishment is how horrible the staff are. Very rude when I made a pick up order and got my order wrong and tbh felt like I got overcharged. Hope to have a better experience next time around.
