The food is always good here. I used to eat here during the pandemic because they have good size outdoor sitting area.

This place is terrible the food tasted nothing like other el pollo locos and they give you less food in them everyone in this particular establishment needs to be fired especially the cook

Man El Pollo is consistent. I love the chicken. You just can't go wrong here.
I ordered the chicken tostada. The actual to start a bowl could have been made a little better, but the employees were fabulous.
paper in door says drive thru only....google says dine in open...its 10:30am i drive a big truck and cant go in ur drive thru...stop being lazy and let people order inside and take out.

I bought the dinner meal to go, once I got home I realized that the chicken was burned, they didn't give me plates, napkins nor forks, add the rude employees... I'm not sure I'm going back there for a while...
