Their credit card machine declined my perfectly good card (I had just used it somewhere else and later that day I used it again). Fine, it was just over $10 and I didn't need to ruin the day of the person working the drive-thru window. I payed with a $20. Part of the change was almost $3 in dimes. The drive-thru worker said they didn't have any change. It took him a full minute to count the change before handing it to me.
Bugs in their soda machines. Came here on Sunday May 8th around 5:30, I poured soda from their soda machine and saw black things floating in it, I spilled it out and in the bottom was a dead bug. I told the employee who took my order, skinny girl with fake lashes and she got awkward and either didn’t know what to say or couldn’t care less, then looked at her coworker (kinda chubby) who was next to her and laughed. Please hire employees who actually know what they’re doing and clean your soda machines. That’s disgusting? as for everyone else please avoid this location, the burritos are stale and the salad looked and tasted like it was a week old. Posted this on all social media platforms and told everyone I know who goes to del taco.
I went here to eat breakfast. I did not want to eat in car so I went inside to eat . Door was locked 20 minutes after they were open. I waited outside for 10 minutes before they let me in. When I got inside they said nothing or offered to take my order. They did help the drive thru customers. I waited 10 minutes and then left with no food or offer of service. That’s 20 minutes of my life of my life will never get back.. Will pass on this location as I like to order food when o go there.

There is a reason that rules are in place for every restaurant. The people who handled our food were not wearing any gloves at all. This is not good for anyone because, what if any of the workers had placed their hands in other areas without washing them? I would not recommend this place for anyone to go to.
I usually like this Del Taco for a late night run, it's quick, cheap, and good. But tonight the staff was extremely incompetent and rude. They gave us our order with no receipt.We didnt check until we got home, there were 2 missing items and drove back.The employee (said she was a manager) was unapologetic and rude saying she just got there and had no idea and can't help because she needs the rest of our food. (No you don't, literally no other restaurant asks for our food when they mess up.) She asked what items we were missing and she said we weren't charged for them. HOW WOULD WE KNOW WITHOUT A RECEIPT?!? And why not offer to make them and charge us for them? Cause she was too busy arguing!After complaining, we finally got the receipt and saw the items were deleted from the order and even those were wrong. My son didn't get his fish burrito, I didn't get my quesadilla taco. Never again.
Ordered some chicken tacos and the chicken was cold :( also barely any ranch on them.. the service was very fast though and employees very nice
I'm so glad to be back in California to visit Del Taco. They did not disappoint! I had the chicken soft tacos and the spicy jack quesadilla, so good! I love the consistency of the food. Thank you for making my visit with it!
I used to go to Taco Bell but when I tried your quesadillas with a friend I realized your food is better, fresher, and the right portions, not scrapes, u can get your money's worth, so it's my new place for Mexican food that is fast food or on the go.
