Beef ribs dry rub where nice(unless you love super saucy ribs), lamb kabob plate on point. Beet salad, Greek salad, tatziki. Rest of family got chicken and burgers, everyone was happy.
First off- I’ll revisit this place in hopes of a better experience, I’m hoping my issues were a one time thing.I love the idea of a fry em up butcher shop, so I was excited to try this place. Ordered a filet with French fries, tabouli, and salad.Filet- I ordered this rare, not many people eat rare but I think it’s the way it shouldbe done. Anyways, I cook steak at home weekly; what I got was raw. It was cool to the touch, not even warm. I don’t know if it was frozen or just not cooked appropriately but this was a long way from rare.Sides- these were very good actually. The fries were seasoned, tabouli fresh, and the salad dressing was great.Like I said, something was probably off this day, I’ll be trying this place again. The steak was done poorly though.
I've tried many of the menu items here and they've all been great. They've got really good fries and other sides and there's really something for whatever you're craving.
Love this place. I've had their plates and Salad bowls with rib eye or their ranchero. It never disappoints, meat is always perfectly cooked (i get medium rare) and all of their sides are tasty.
Sunday 5/22 I placed a large order which includes several trays of meats and sides at 8:30pm (30 minutes before close), they had it ready for me by closing time and helped me carry it out to my car.
The chop shop is great, I absolutely love this concept. You can order either a plate, bowl, or sandwich. Pick your protein and then your base. They are also a butcher so you can get meat cuts to go. I got a chicken kabob salad and it was very filling and delicious. I would highly recommend and would love to come back.
Ive driven by a few times and finally just stopped in! The tri tip, hummus, tzatziki, pita and beet salad I had was amazing! Staff wicked cool and very helpful. Will definitely be back!
Although a little expensive very very worth it the best steak sandwich I have ever had in my life, I had the ribeye with the garlic sauce cheese and fries oh my gosh so delicious????
I recommend this place for a number of reason. So for the holidays I made a order for catering and from me ordering on the phone with the amount of stuff and type of stuff it was such great service. Richard is super helpful. I ordered a few kinds of meats and to be completely honest they tasted better then places I have ordered from the past. Also the amount that I ordered was the amount that I got where as most places stiff you on the quanity. I will be ordering all my big and small orders from here from now on.
Idiots! I go in and ask for a 3lb beef tenderloin. They say they have to call the butcher in the morning. I call back and the teenage girl answering the phone is clueless and unhelpful.
