Such a good boba place especially because there aren’t too many around Van Nuys! My to go drink from here is the matcha smoothie and the boba always tastes so fresh. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends:)
where do i start? i went to so many boba shops and nothing made me happier than this one. i’m very picky with my drinks due to the sugar but this place always had my drinks on point. the employees are very nice especially the girl named rocio. she makes sure my drinks come out how i want them to be. also most of the smoothies and milk teas are nondairy and the employees always make sure to tell me which drink has dairy based on my choice. the boba is always fresh and this store always looks nice and clean. everyone who’s looking for a good boba shop, i really recommend this place. i never went back to another boba store after i found out about this one.
clean place, fast service, and fresh boba!!! i always get their taiyakis since bobarita is the only spot here in the valley that has taiyakis, i dont need to go to koreatown anymore :) don’t forget to ask for a stamp card!!
Summary: Waited 15 minutes to get 1 shake and 1 Milk Tea due to my order being forgotten.I visited BobaRitaon 2/20, and ordered and paid at 11:52am. Minutes later, I hear the notification for Uber Eats, and employee starts working on this order. My order had not started. Next, I watched 2 groups enter and order. Employee had still not started on my order.After the Uber Eats order was fulfilled, I watched the 2 people who arrived AFTER I did receive their order. When I asked about mine, it was clear that he forgot. He paused and said “Um, your drink takes longer, sorry” this was at 12:03.My order doesn’t take longer, it was neglected. He started on the Uber Eats order before he started on mine.I finally received my order at 12:07, 15 minutes after I ordered, and everyone who had ordered from the time I arrived being fulfilled. My order was ignored. It took 4 minutes to complete my order that consisted of 2 drinks, it was unnecessary for me to wait that long, and then to only be given excuses.If this is the kind of service that I am to expect, then I will not return.
The employees are always polite and they get your order right. May I add that they have cute employees there. Also, the snacks and drink are 10/10
Came here twice luv how their so many flavors to choose from unlike every other boba they all have the same thing and also they have very good snacks and the people here are very welcoming.
Drink too sweet, Boba too hard. Not very happy with my experience. With such great Boba places in the neighborhood, they need to step up.
