I ordered a breakfast deluxe and paid an extra dollar and fifty for banana and whipped cream. This is what I get. Over ripe browning and slimy bananas. The pancake taste good but this is just not right. Please treat your customers with more care. We used to go here more often But have been coming rarely because i feel like beeps is not evolving to a better management, just cheaper and not taking more care of their customers. Yes the food taste good, but treatment is important to me so I rate it this way.
Got burger, fries and a coke. First time, not the last. Fries were great but half gone before I got home, glad it was a large. Burger was a veggi burger w/cheese, yeah I know, cheese, but I guess I just love cheese and I know it's not vegetarian. Just a little lower cost than other similar stands I frequent but I feel a little better. Tried figuring it out, maybe no tomato, couldn't figure it out. Really enjoyed and can't wait until next time maybe I'll try something else.
Yes beeps is a all time favorite the menu has everything- the best food in town- I live in Diamond Bar but I still drive to the valley for beeps
Always a great place to go, lived near by years ago and came here at least 3/4 a month. Friendly staff and some of the girls been here for Over 6 years that’s awesome . Prices have gone up like everywhere else but the amount and taste can’t go wrong . Beeps is a staple on sf valley - o yea I suggest you order ahead of time you’ll save a lot of time waiting ??
A wonderful little traditional diner. So glad I went there. Loved the nostalgia.
Tried this place for the first time with friends after always passing by it for years. I am kicking myself for not having tried it sooner. Had their California Burrito which was brilliant. Friendly staff and excellent 50's retro aesthetic makes it feel like you're in a diner in the time period. Will definitely come here again when time allows it!
Love this place.Deluxe breakfast is insanely good.Everything on the potatoes, 2sausage,2 bacon strips, 2 poached eggs, & 4 slices of rye bread with butter.2 massive delicious pancakes & 2 pieces of French toast. For like $13Insane amount of food that can feed 2 people easily.Had like 4 different servers at 7am in the last couple months and they're all really well knowledgeable in the menu, attentive when receiving orders, & quick at serving your orders and keeping the dining room clean.Never seen a dirty table or unstocked condiments bar.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!!!! Today was my brother's and my very first time eating here (after wanting to go for SO long since we were children... we FINALLY did it; TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!)We had their croissant sandwiches, and boy were they filled to the max!!!! ?For the banana split, we had our own choice for which ice cream flavor and toppings, and it's also perfect for two people to share after one heck of a filling meal.Vintage music, the way the place stays true to the 50's era: heaven for classic lovers, and nostalgic for those from that generation.Staff: absolutely friendly.
It's really difficult to find someone in the Van Nuys/Lake Balboa area who doesn't like Beeps and I can see why. The food is really good here. This place has been here for decades they've really been on top of the restaurant game. I will be honest and say that the new renovation isn't my favorite but it looks good and much cleaner inside. The breakfast was amazing. The waffle was fluffy and had a generous amount of chocolate. The fruit on the waffle was fresh and I had no problem with it. The breakfast burrito I had was also very good. Apart from seafood, I don't eat meat so it's nice to see that they had an option without bacon or sausage. Not sure if the sauce they gave me was supposed to be pico de gallo but it was good overall.
