These people are immature, rude, and not customer service oriented. Plus they don't wash their hands and are not sanitizing or wearing gloves when handling your cones.

Train your employees better and make sure that they can understand basic English please. Otherwise just post on the door that only Spanish is spoken there. Simple.

Good selection of prepackaged ice cream
Baskin-Robbins is a well known ice cream shop, famous for flavorful ice cream, frozen yogurt, ice cream cakes, etc.This shop was staffed with young, enthusiastic, helpful and friendly workers. It's the sorry of environment that covers about as a result of good leadership, and great attitude.I'm coming back for my next ice cream fix ??

Amazing customer service. I really needed a custom cake made FAST, and these guys saved the day, so thank you to the awesome team who works here and the cake makers who save lives! hahaha. I HIGHLY recommend this Baskin-Robbins location over any other ice cream place in the valley.
