The ice cream rolls are very delicious. The moment you place it in on your mouth it feels like it melts and the taste just makes you mmm ?.
Delicious rolled ice cream. Busy place. Flavors are amazing. Can take some time because each order is made by hand but so worth it. One order is enough to share.

Really good ice cream just a while waiting for your order to come up. Really loud inside also the cashier can bearly hear you ordering and you can't really hear them either. Looks like prices went up a bit since I seen another post showing the rolled ice cream at $7 and now it's $9. Seems like the workers don't get along with one another kind of awkward. But all in all really good ice cream I would rather order on uber eats than wait here.

The ice cream was delicious but the service bothered me because the guy in the Scarface hoodie making my stuff was staring me down like I just insulted them. When I asked for certain toppings the guys were speaking negatively about me despite the fact that I was right there and could understand what they were saying. It may sound like nitpicking but I don't look for faults in customer service for example I didn't say anything when the guy who was handling the money didn't change gloves when making my food but the fact that the interactions were all negative it left a bad taste in my mouth.
Ordered for Cookie Monster but it tasted more like vanilla. The Oreo flavor wasn’t dominant. But the person was sweet enough to add more Oreo crumbs on top for free even when I insisted on paying. Great customer service !
Loovvveeee this place but have to stay disciplined. Been twice, first when they opened about 2 years ago and last week, same mouth watering, delicious satisfaction as the first time. Everyone is polite, friendly, and even throw in some freebies for fun. I will be back.
We used to go there at least once a week but today will be our last day going to this place. We waited so long for our ice cream because only the lady who was inexperienced was working there, That lady should not be working there since she can't scoop an ice on cone. unprofessional lady who couldn't scoop an ice made me pay extra for having ice cream on a cone yet she couldn't scoop on a corn both corns were mess , i took it because we waited there so long..
Ice cream roll is always pricey. Workers seems not very fluent in doing it. Too much crackers less ice cream
