Honestly, the food is not bad. Portions are good. But the service… we only saw our server twice, once when we arrived and again after we asked for the check; good thing we double checked the charges as they charged us for a beverage and sides we never received. We managed to flag down another server for a refill on water, which we also never received even though she brought water to other tables and was aware of our request. Not sure if we just came on a short staffed day or if the communication is just that bad amongst staff.
Waiting can take an hour or so, best be prepared and have spare change to play the pinball machines. The BULGUGI and Lemon pepper chicken is worth the wait in my opinion
The food was good but the service wast great till Trish came and gave such great service. When I walked in the host didn't greet he just pointed at the QR code . The first server was so rude. She hurried to say with attitude" do u know what to order" and she seemed to be annoyed. I replied what I wanted and she just walked away instead of asking " will that be all". Her overall presents was so bad. After 10 almost 15 min I ordered garlic noodles and white rice. My noodles came but my rice never cameAfter a while. I guess it was her break so they switched servers and that when Trish became our serer. she was so nice and responsive and very attentive. She asked if there was anything I needed and I mentioned we never got our rice. She brought it out quickly . If it wasn't for her I would have put a 1 star. Thank you Trish for your great customer service !
Came here with my extended family for an evening meal, seating took a minute due to the parties size but nothing terrible. Service was interesting our server definitely busted his butt off I guess the others weren't allowed to help. Food was good would recommend just remember to bring your appetite
Went with our friends in the area and was pleased with the experience. Our food was delicious!I feel like the wait staff may not be getting enough help though. A lot of reviews list the staff as being unhelpful, inhospitable, etc. Our waitress was incredibly helpful and kind when we arrived, but as time went on she was increasingly agitated and annoyed. I noticed, however, that she was taking 4-5 tables by herself, so it may have just been a rough night. We left a very generous tip; hoping to visit again in the future.

Nice affordable all you can eat Korean barbecue. On the weekends it can get packed. You can reserve your spot in line using yelp. They serve cooked foods and grill your own meat.
We tried the all you can eat. Everything was good quality and tasty. I usually don’t order marinated meat, but the ones i tried here had somewhat minimalistic marination and therefore had the original meat taste and flavors and tasted acceptable. The place doesn’t seem to have a good ventilation so you definitely need a shower and laundry after. Their deep fried Nutella Oreo dessert is a bomb ? I think If I go again it’s gonna be for that dessert
