Customer service is good with kind people. The food has been delicious and fulfilling every time I eat here. The only thing that took me by surprise was bussing your table. I do that without having it be a courtesy, just as I was taught, like leaving a tip.
I've been ordering from this Temple for years. It's definitely a place of worship. Order online, and pickup, rush home and pretend to the wife that you infact made it yourself. She will know you are fibbing and will most likely give you dessert anyways because you did good.
I ordered teriyaki chicken to go. I got home to find out I had chicken,rice and pickled yellow root but no teriyaki sauce. The chicken was tasty but dry. The sauce had leaked out from a small hole at the bottom of the white styrofoam takeout container. It made a mess on my kitchen counter. I was disappointed. No quality control. They are also not very friendly. They think they are too cool to care.I will think twice before I go there.
Great staff right now, very friendly. The only thing better is the amazing sushi. As good as you can find in Vallejo/Benicia
It's my first time coming here, I was drawn by the 800+ reviews. It's only my 3rd year in Vallejo. I used to live in San Francisco and wanted to venture out to some of the restaurants here. I did not realize I have to order at the counter and pick up my order as well while there's 4 people at counter having a blast exchanging stories. I say this because when my first order of pork katsu I got called to pick up my order. But I still have some sushi rolls to come so that meant I had to get up again and pick it up. I'm not even sure why I had to give a 15%tip if I had known the service is non existent. As I sat down, staring at me was their selfserv notification...hahaha. Food was mediocre, the rock roll was sweet but the actual unagi was barely tasted. The rainbow roll and lemon roll was filled with the imitation crab though I'll give them credit the tuna and salmon tasted fresh. The only service I received was when I got the tea and soda we ordered. This experience totally took the excitement of eating here. Never again.
First time trying Yo Sushi. Not disappointed in the least. Fresh fish and decent portions. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is bevause the gyoza was deep fried and pretty small compared to previous gyoza experiences. All in all, I will return.
Great vege tempura and they will custom order it(I love broc n carrots only). Friendly service, clean space. They always have my food ready on time. Bravo to the chef!!!
Not a big fan, the food taste different everytime. Maybe because they are so busy they don't have enough time to actually prep for alot of orders
Went back here for dine in after more than 1 year due to covid. Same great food! We ordered angry lion, lion sushi etc. Ordered more desserts! Will come back soon.
Used to be a decent spot for quick sushi, sadly went downhill. I don't mind that staff is unwelcoming, but you can't have low quality food on top of that.
