After I waited 30 minutes for my food I decided to leave, since I saw they only cared to serve take outs! Bad customer service at this particular Wingstop, so don't expect they'll honor their 15 minutes wait time because they'll not respect your precious time:(
I don’t ever leave reviews, but man, this place deserves it. I have been going here at least once a week for over a year. Sure, they’re always busy when I go, but they give me an accurate wait time and I’ve had, maybe, one issue ever there. The cashier, Rodney, is a stand up employee and is always a pleasure to deal with.In a world that seems like no one cares about service, I think this Wing Stop is doing something right!
I came in and ordered. Then found a better deal online. The cashier was super helpful and so patient. He was very kind while I navigated ordering online. So, professional. The company is lucky to have such a professional young man working for them.
Answers the phone quick and take your order fast and easy.Update 01/03/22Ordered through phone and when I went to pickup my order, I had to wait for more than 5 minutes. There are no other customers aside me waiting but the service that day is very slow. When I came home, found out that they mixed the sauces on the chicken wings which I specifically asked the sauce should be on the side since my husband doesn't like spicy sauces and fries are burnt and over seasoned. Disappointed on this kind of service, not the usual service we had before.
The food was not good I asked for light seasoning on the fries and they still put a tremendous amount of seasoning. A wast of my money and time.
They actually answered the phone here! Asked for cherry coke instead of regular through a delivery and they obliged. Blessed to have a wingstop here that actually provides customer service, thanks again ?
My local wing stop very friendly stafffood came out on time and was deliciousdidnt get the staff name but I think she was the manager on duty very helpful n friendly thank you
My fries were very soggy and overly greasy I simply asked could I get harder cooked fries and more lemon pepper on my chicken they overly put lemon pepper on everything with the attitude made the food not edible
I called just to know if my order was ready and I couldn’t hear what he told me, he yelled at me, he was really rude, I can understand if he’s not having a great day but that’s no the way to treat someone who’s just asking something
I have NEVER written a review for a restaurant but I have to for this one. I’ve worked in food for a while and no matter what day I’ve had I ALWAYS gave excellent customer service because it was my job. I’ve come here many times hoping they’d get better but it seems to get worse. My wings last night had very little to no sauce on them, and the fries were cold. The customer service is terrible, not a single “thank you” or “have a nice day/night” the lack of effort there is very sad.
