the drive-thru is always super long. It doesn't seem like there is enough employees working . .. but the food is hot ? so? I guess waiting is worth it ?
I learned a lesson yesterday . I was short of time and hungry so I got lunch at this Wendy's . The french fry's were AMAZING but the chicken sandwich was so nasty and so dry with no flavor .. It was almost 10 bucks !!! Taco Bell or In&Out next time for sure . Don't waste your money . Not the Wendy's it was a couple of years ago .....
They served me coffee in a flimsy cup that spilled and burned my entire hand. Worst experience ive had at a wendys would give zero stars if i could. Save your money and go anywhere else, also they have dirty restrooms.
There food has always been good for a fast food restaurant. I always enjoy their hamburgers.
The people in the Drive-Thru was very understanding that they let us fly with a couple change short. So I'm definitely giving the good review for being understanding and caring for others who may be struggling during the time of the pandemic. It wasn't busy in the drive-thru though even though it was very late on a Friday night.

I just went in there I clearly told them I wanted sauces//dressing to the young guy and he repeated to me however I arrive home and there is no kind of it on my bags. Definitely needs to improve when it comes to that part it’s not the first time it has happened multiple times I understandable y’all in rush but throwing some sauces into the bags shouldn’t be a big of a deal. Sucks it’s one of the only Wendy’s in the area.
Something is happening. They are very slow, they take a long time to place an order. I hope better efficiency because I like their salads ?
As much as I love Wendy’s burgers, their customer service sucks! I had my order delivered and everything was cold when it arrived. They also forgot my beverage. I called the restaurant to let them know about my experience and no one answers the phone. It just rang until finally, after about 30+ rings, I got a busy signal. I tried calling twice with the same result. DON’T GET DELIVERY.l Go through the drive through if you want an accurate order and warm food.
I usually only get their chili & baconator fries or taco salad. If you get their app, you're given offers for free & discounted food. You also acrue points for free food. If you don't order thru the app, make sure you have them scan the QR code from the app before you pay. The baconator fries are usually always on the offer, free with purchase. I put chili on the fries.All is very good.** Don't forget the free small drink as a senior discount. There is also a key ring tag one can buy for $2 that gives you a free mini frosty for a yr. Yummy
