Food was pretty bad even for taco bell with a really long drive thru line. They get an extra star cause the service was excellent and you could tell they were going as fast as they could
I went thru the drive thru at the Solano ave Taco Bell. I ordered the Cantina Chrispy Chicken Taco Box [ as it's called on TV & online ] & the man taking orders didn't know what it was. Apparently there it's only called Chrispy Chicken Taco.The crispy chicken taco was good. On the chicken taco, you have a choice of chipotle or avocado ranch sauce but he was trying to charge me for it. They ended up not putting either one on it even though I asked for the avocado ranch. I would order it again.
The friendlies there have the greatest hair dyes, so don't be thrown off. They were extremely competent with broad smiles.
Got here at 12:05am and it's closed up & dark, definitely NOT OPEN until 1am.
It the drive through, they got my order wrong, when I told the lady that wasn't what I ordered, she tells me that she person had already made it. I told her it didn't matter because it was wrong. So, someone else took it and changed it. I felt it prepared as well as usual!

I let the lady know I ordered online and paid already and she said SHE DIDNT CARE!! I asked is there any way I could get a refund and she said no so now I have to go to my bank to get my refund. LADY WAS SO RUDE she shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t care !

Service was good fast and friendly one of the better Taco Bells
The restaurant was clean and service was fast. The environment is chill and it's peaceful if you eat inside
Service is okay. They are just doing what they been trained. But the quality control of the food would have to be a no go for me. Open a taco to see a line of meat no thicker than a pencil and the rest jammed packed with lettuce
