Subway... eat fresh.
Bought a footlong and the lady just put bits of veggies on the sandwich! As you can even count how many of each! The only subway around the area so bad for me coz I don't have a choice. The one in American canyon is way better and cleaner. Yes she was wearing gloves but she uses the same gloves to touch pretty much every surface then your veggies! Yikes!
I think with Covid the ingredients aren’t as fresh or the bread it was two years since my last visit it might be another two year again I’d recommend a local deli in your area for now
This place doesn't respect customer service at all. We placed our online order at 225pm. Said it would be ready by 240pm. We arrive to curbside pickup at 255pm. Someone picks up the phone and hangs up on us. We see a long line inside, so we go inside and ask for our order. Their response was "your sandwiches aren't even made yet, can't you wait"... first strike. What is the point of online/curbside pickup (30 minutes ago) if you guys ignore our order and still continue to help people that haven't even ordered yet? After we showed up, they STILL made other people's orders before ours. And I repeat again, they haven't even ordered yet. We ordered and paid 30 minutes ago. Also the worker dropped a knife on the floor and tried to use it on someone's bread right after. Second strike. This place is straight trash.
Called in and ask about the $5.00 foot long promotion and said it was available. Ordered a steak footling and got charge $9.74. Untrustworthy employees . Terrible !!!!. Lured me in and ripped me off. What a joke. Small amount of money . Beware folks!!!!
So today around 2pm at Subway dealt with an employee there (who I was told was a “trainee” ) who was very rude, and was not listening to what I wanted on my order.

I just went into this Subway for a sandwich. I ordered the number 3 which comes with a 6 inch sub, chips and a drink. The young man began making a footlong. When I asked if that was right he said I could have either.at the register the girl working charged me the $3 extra dollars. She said her father owned the place and it was my responsibility to tell the guy how to make the sandwich. I had. Beginning to get frustrated I just paid the extra and left. Side note. She was not wearing a facemask nor were the other customers. Last time I go there.
I ordered a veggie delite with all the fixings but with extra onion extra lettuce and extra cheese...which I paid extra for on the Subway App. All I got veggie footlong with lettuce tomato cucumber and spinach. Unfortunately, they were closed and I cannot go back to have them redo it. I bought the buy one get one free.... I guess you get what you pay for.
Very friendly customer service. This is by far the best Subway that I’ve been to. I wasn’t sure about what type of vegetables and sauces to get and they kindly offered me to taste it before they added it to my sandwich. I would definitely recommend this place. Keep the good work up guys!
