I’m a big Starbucks fan but I will literally try avoiding this spot on Benicia road as much as I can of course I always try giving them a second chance but it always is a fail they just do not know how to make coffee or anything that isn’t a frappe every drink I get I always have them correct it they will give me black coffee with ice as my iced coffee when I will pay for creamer in it your suppose to be in love with your first sip of coffee not be disappointed & forced to drink the whole thing just so you don’t waste $5-6 so sad because I live right by this spot but I will drive all the way by Target or inside Target for my Starbucks! some may love this spot or some may agree with me but this is my personal experience every time I stop by this location
I live close by & typically go to this location, but I haven’t bought Starbucks in a few months. Look like teenagers were hired. Drive thru now sucks with very customer service.I’ll go to a different location going forward.Thumbs down!
Great service! Rosa is always going that extra mile for customers along with all the staff, we usually come to this location every other day. Never a disappoint.
went here at around 4:40 pm feb 14 2022 and I ordered a matcha tea latte and I wanna say to who ever made it thank you so much for actually blending/mixing the matcha well ??
They are fast and polite. More importantly... They make the coffee correctly!
Worst experience at Starbucks ever! Manager was so rude that even she slammed the drive thru door on us!!
We got grandé Vanilla Lattén tall Caramel Macchíato.Could've been tastier n hotter.
Really like Starbucks coffee and stores. But this location with 5 people working, 3 cars in the Drive-Thru, 1 patron inside couldn't be bothered to do a simple pour-over coffee. This is the second time at this location this has happened to me. Not up to Starbucks standards in my opinion.
Super busy Starbucks & close very early now! Disappointed in the reduction of hours open:(
Clean spot, drive-thru is long, parking is in multiple places. Would go again when I'm in the region.
