Todays experience here was unacceptable and they do not have integrity or any business value. I ordered and they took my credit card Information, I placed my order at 8pm. I was told that’s they attempted to deliver my pizza but could not figure out the room number, when I called they kept calling me Gina, I after the 4th time calling they still never clarified my name. It’s two hours later and the pizza is still not delivered. I even spoke the manager, all they would do is brush me off. I asked after 2 hours will my food still be warm? They guaranteed it would be warm. But the pizza never came. This is very unethical and I would not trust the integrity of this business.
I ordered a pizza from them today for the superbowl game. I ordered a chicken garlic Gourmet half pepperoni pizza at 2:15 ro have it before the game. I arrived at 2:45 to pick it up,it was supposed to be ready in 15min. It wasn't. I had to sit there over 30 mins. waiting on it while I watched the crew talk and play instead of working to get peoples orders out. The only professional person in there was the young lady at the register. When my pizza finally arrived it wasn't even made right. The C.G.G. half was no more than onions, mushrooms and tomatoes it honestly had three pieces of chicken on that half. And my grandson who loves it the C.G.G wouldn't even touch it. A total waste of money. I will never go nor recommend that place to anyone..I rather take the drive to American canyon. I really rate this place a ZERO.
Amazing staff. Seriously. The girl at the cashier was awesome.Pizza was good, lemon pepper wings were tasty. Get the boneless ones!
The restaurante smells like sewer , it is not possible that nobody noticed this already . Awful
I ordered online for a 12pm pickup time when the store opened. When I came to pick up, they haven't even started my order yet. What's the point of a having a time when you don't stick to it?
More than twice, I've driven there for pick up and they ran out of ranch for my wings and garlic twist. Only reason I get the 2 sides.Other than that, the pizza is delicious af!! ?
The manager Mahogany was very accommodating and to my request and has great customer service skills.
Worse pizza experience ever. After ordering on line and waiting over an hour and a half, the Door Dash tracking app informed me that the pizza was already delivered. When I called the store to inquire, not only did they not offer to send the pizza that I ordered, the pizza that I was charged for, the unapologetic and inept manager tried to get my cc information from me a second time and then told it was already voided, but Ivwould have to wait 3 days to get my money back! I will never go to ANY Round Table Pizza again.
JUST YESTERDAY January 1 2021 Round Table Pizza brought in the new year by having an all out brawl inside the restaurant between customers and employees. I did not see the beginning nor do I care to know what was going on before, I was so alarmed that that I left the restaurant without picking up my pizza that I had previously paid for. Thanks for That. Worst Round Table experience that I have had since being in California. Zero stars I do not Recommend this restaurant.
Never going back to Round Table Pizza because of this Location customer service was just awful to the point of near altercation. I canceled my order and demanded a refund. They do not understand customer service in there.
