With all the craziness going on, it is such a delight to know that the hospitality at Red Ribbon Bakeshop has not changed. The employees here are always so nice & friendly. Came in last minute to order a cake for that night. & it was so nice to have the cake & custom message done within 10 minutes.Not to mention that when we enjoyed the cake later that evening it was so moist & tasty. Everyone could not stop talking about the cake. Thank you so much Red Ribbon!

Stood in store for 10 minutes before noticed then I was told store was close it was 8:30 site and door store hours say 9:00 pm very disappointed
It is 7:57 PM! I google it and it states it closes at 9:00pm…. I drove from North of Santa Rosa to find out it was close! This is really unpleasant… if hours have changed please update them here too!

I've had the ube cake here and it was ??. Ordered the mocha cake for my parent's anniversary and though everyone said they liked it, my daughters and I thought it was seriously lacking in flavor. A++ for the perfect sponge cake consistency but cakes shouldn't look better than they taste. (They should taste better). I love Filipino desserts but I have to say this cake was a slightest hint of coffee away from being totally flavorless.
