Firstly I made reservations and still had a 20 minute wait. Once I was seated at my table, the waiter was very slow, when he was taking our order he was distracted by what was going on at another table and we didn't have his full attention. He was slow about getting our drink order and when the food came I was missing one of my sides and even after I expressed this to our waiter I still didn't get it. I have been going to this location for years, but after last night I don't think I will be coming back
Red Lobster in Vallejo CA does not take reservations. We arrived with 6 of our party of 8. My husband and I were meeting with family members we had not seen for 30 years over dinner, and we had just driven to Vallejo from Portland OR. My husband and I are nearly 70. Because only 6 from our group had shown up, they refused to seat us until all 8 arrived. We ranged in ages from 5 to 72, and had to wait about 1/2 hour to be seated! The dinning room was nearly EMPTY. Then they split our family in two—seating 6 at one table and 2 at another. They refused to allow chairs to be pulled up to our booth because it would obstruct the waitress. Again, the dining room was nearly empty. I’ve never experienced such senselessly strict rules EVER. We have not eaten in a Red Lobster in over 30 years, and will certainly never return again. The waitress was lovely. But management was ridiculous. There must have been 15 customers in the entire restaurant—counting the 8 of us!
Don't go here if you're counting on eating here, seating not guaranteed.Not able to be seated due to "too many people." Apparently the wait staff couldn't handle 2 more people. there weren't that many people either, but I could still order to-go, so I don't exactly see the problem here, I wouldn't have minded waiting eother. It was over an hour from closing, just comes across a little lazy.
I have ate at many restaurants but I can't stress this point on how much I enjoy Red Lobster in Fairfield CA. The worker are always courteous and pleasant, they take the time to keep you informed on your tablet & who is going to be your waiter or waitress. Once your server have taken your orders and your food is on the table they check on you to make sure everything is ok. I really want to say these thre(3) server's have left a good impression on myself and my family Caesar, April, Larvan they are a truly a asset to this company. They have treated my family and I with kindness courtesy most of all Always approach with a pleasantness.Thanksso much
Came in at 830pm. An hr and an half before they closed and they said they weren’t taking anyone. I get you’re short handed, but you could just tell us the wait is longer. Not deny service.
My family and I decided to celebrate my twins birthday at this location. And all I have to say is if you have a preference on how you want your seafood cooked. Don't go to this location. My lobster and shrimp were served raw. I mentioned it to our server and she could careless. I spent over $200 for bad service all the way around.

we ordered this Valentine’s day special dinner set. It’s great value deal, comes with two lobster tails, two 7oz steak, two shrimp kabobs and sides. Love the place.
Not often I review a corporate restaurant.....but, this is an exception today! Their fish & chips Friday may be the best around! $11.99 and this is what you get! Beer battered cod.....no fake fish!!! Worth a try! CHEERS!!!
