This was not a pleasant experience to say the least. The food was cold, the floors were very filthy and the staff is incapable of giving service in a swift and courteous manner with a smile. I spoke with the management on board at that time and I was made to feel as if they were doing me a favor by serving me (NOT HOW TO HANDLE THE PUBLIC).This is not a place you want to spend your dollars as it lacks cleanliness and Quality along with fine service without long lines and sub-par food offerings. This establishment would do well to learn the true meaning of FOOD SERVICE along with CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
So sorry but the chicken was dry and the sweet tea that I ordered taste more like water and maybe a little sugar I was not pleased at all sorry

I have been going to the city of Concord . For a couple of weeks,Every time on my way back home, I stopped to get the delicious chicken fried... The employees are a little very cranky. That's why only 4 starts.
First off Your staff is rude in the drive thru..well what do we expect, I ordered 3 pcs chicken meal, the mc & cheese is burned and with hair on it, disgusting! Chicken is old, just plain disgusting!! I've been buying in this store for years and tonight, 1/17/22 @10:00 pm is the worst ever!!!
The people in the drive thru took my order, confirmed my order then didn't give me what I paid/ asked for the!!! I tried to walk in to correct the order, thru the door they told me to get back in the drive thru and wait again to correct their mistake..... I will not be back.
Food was great but once again they forgot my extra sides :(
I like the one in the city better but this one has a drive through.
