No real complaints on the food, but the drive thru service is super slow. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and salad and to save their service Timer they made me park in the parking lot to hand deliver the order dozens of minutes later. They had two cars ahead of me do the same. Kind of shady to do that as a business to curve their drive thru service numbers.
Service great... food not so great. Strawberry poppyseed salad has canned oranges, under ripe strawberries, flavorless blueberries and chicken, disgusting pineapple and romaine lettuce.... seriously romaine? Not worth 8.00 for the small salad. Maybe the sandwiches are better?
I wasn't sure about this place. But my friend got a gift card so she treat us out to eat. The people are cool and understanding also is a chillax place. I may go back there if I want to like be more healthier ??♀️
O.M.G!!! Love, love love the food! And the staff isphenomenal! Anylah and Myles took my order andboth of them were so sweet and funny! Therestaurant is always clean and pretty. The wait time isalways fast. The environment is very enjoyable and Ican't wait to go back ?❤️. Myles and Anylah evencomplimented me. I tried the Thai Chicken soup; not a familiar taste, however; it was okay. The chicken bits we're tiny and few. I didn't think a bread dipped in it would compliment the soup, however; it actually made the soup taste better. I'm giving it a three simply because it was definitely tasty just not a familiar taste to me. I much prefer a clam chowder or chicken noodle soup.
I usually love Panera, it's in my top 3 places to get a quick good meal. Lately their salad has been off though. There's literally spoiled pieces of lettuce and kale in the last two salads I've had. It's really not cool also being that a salad and a drink will cost between $13-15.

On google and on the front door it says the store opens at 6am, I went there at 8pm and they said6 they open at 7am. Lack of respect for the customer.
Horrible experience tonight where they failed to give me a sandwich I ordered at the currbside checkout. They had a checklist on the bag completed with all of myitems. Even the soups they told me they rant out off. I got home at 815 and found out my sandwich was missing. I called them and they told me they could not help. I needed to come back in tomorrow. I ordered online and figured it would be easy to correct. Or their store manager could at least call me back. They told me that is not their normal protocol and that I can come in the next day to speak to the manager. What a waste of my time and money.
