I love Pacifica pizza- when it's good, its so good. But tonight, I received an undercooked pizza and cheesebread. I knew I shouldn't have taken the pizza when I saw the cook leaned over hitting his vape pen for all customers to see. He definitely is complacent and doesn't care at all to create quality food. I'll be sticking to the Benicia location from here on out.

I grew up in Benicia. Most of my friends worked at Pacifica in high school and I have been ordering from Pacifica Pizza for 30 years. Tonight they delivered the wrong order, but the owner's daughter made incredibly rude comments to me despite the fact that I was being incredibly polite after waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes for a pizza. I have heard negative reviews from friends when I recommend Pacifica to them - I guess now I know why. Pizza isn't exactly an industry with no competition. Treat your customers with a tiny bit of respect - especially when your spoiled brat daughter is being allowed to chase them away with trashy, ghetto, behavior. One of my anti-Pacifica friends recommended Victor's as a decent non-chain alternative. I guess change is good after 30 years of loyalty.
I should've listened to the tell tale signs not to order as soon as I walked the building. The coworkers all looked hella sketchy like they all came from El Sobrante (local joke), but in all honesty the customer service wasn't there. I asked specifically if they had garlic bread and one of the cooks replied we have one, it's not even remotely close they gave me a small cheese pizza that wasn't even cooked all the way, the dough was squishy and the cheese was white as paper!!

My 1st time having pizza from here and it didn't disappoint! The staff was very nice and accommodating to my non pork request.
Ordered a pizza at 6:15pm. Lost order. Burn my new pizza. 3rd time it's good. Waited for someone to get me a coupon are something never showed up. Lack of communication I guess. Left after sitting for almost a hour at 7:50pm. I'm probably not going back anymore.
