Almost a 15 minute wait with eight people in front of me, music was slappin’, environment was calm, clean (safe for dine-in) and diverse (welcome to Vallejo)!Employees showcase team work and quick/efficient turnaround per order & assisting + delivering. While the food is decent, the workers make us question if they even wash their hands. We went today and asked for plates to eat our pizza as a family. The worker repeatedly gave us dirty plates when we asked for new ones because they were…DIRTY!! We asked THREE times. He kept switching them out for more dirty plates. He had so much attitude and ignored my father when he tried to point out they were dirty. He did it to inform him incase his ignorant and oblivious self didn’t notice. He made the most disturbing, disrespectful, and disgusting face I have ever seen in a worker. I don’t understand how some people can be so horrible at their job. Why don’t they put themselves in the shoes of their customer? I also work in customer service & understand how annoying, entitled, and persistent customers can be. However, this wasn’t one of those times. This was simply a sanitation issue. He’s lucky we didn’t cause a scene & call corporate. Anyone else would have seen to it that he be fired and the restaurant be reviewed. Where is the humanity?
This was our first time here, and we really liked it. We will be back! You order each person's pizza just how they like it. We love the standard thin crust, but you can order thicker. Easy to order online, and just walk in to the pickup counter in about 18 minutes. We did that and ate outside. Delivery and curbside also available.
My daughter's love mod pizza we go once a week the toppings are always fresh the pizza is great they're so efficient and the restaurant is maintained there is a young lady named Carol that works there she is so sweet and helpful I'm a mom and a grandma and not very tech-savvy she was so patient with me when I tried out my Apple pay for the first time she's such a gem
I try to always be honest yet fair when I leave reviews. MOD's Staff needs to pay more attention to detail: such as keeping the restaurant clean especially areas where there is food. Including not just wearing the hair in pony tails but put their hair in buns under hair nets including the men. A side from that said; this place is fast friendly and delicious and I eat here 3 times a month.
Nice place, a subway but instead of sandwiches it's pizza. The crust is a bit thin because they use the same amount of dough for all pizza sizes, so if you get the largest size you are getting the thinnest pizza.
It's a nice food with customisation but you also could have one way to order if you know what you like. The people are very nice and the place was clean. But then again it wasn't so busy through the covid-19 situation. But they are making the precaution about it. I ordered Jasper pizza but instead the spicy chicken; I got mild meat in it place. Still like this place still good place to go.
Mod is not really pizza. It's a unique thing, all onto itself. Pizzas and salads made which ever way you want, in whatever quantity and mix you want. It feels like being a kid, going to 7-11, getting a 48oz big gulp and blending a bunch of sodas together into an amalgamation that only you love.
Great pizza. Ordered on the app. Pizza was ready when I got there. Nice people!
It was very good but no one to clean the table or empty trash can kind of cold inside lots of room. Enjoy
