Maybe it might not be their fault idk but I ordered on the McApp and received the text that they received my order and I was told they didn't have a mobile order on their side. Even though I had the Order Code that was sent to me after I made my payment ...even sat in line thinking I'm about to get my $2 Big Mac...just to be told regardless of receiving a text message from the MCDONALD'S APP for food from THIS MCDONALD'S address saying come check in and complete the order. The employee told me they didn't have any mobile order...and I sat and waited even though they said it. And they still didn't have the mobile order...so ??♂️???? tonight is a Two Boo Boo The Fool.
I always get my doordash orders wrong....this restaurant is the worst but i don't drive so i have no choice...there is not time that I have gotten this order right...I always have to reorder my orders cause I always get either someone else's or the wrong order
me and my mom went here at 4:42 pm 3/21/22 and she was ordering for me and my sis through drive thru and she ordered something in Spanish and the dude that was taking our order randomly left idk, so we waited for 3 min so we had to pull up to the window to order. my mom was was getting angry because I could hear it in her tone, but at the end they took our order so to that dude that left without saying anything don’t do that again because my mom could’ve gotten more angrier and it’s scary, thanks. (or maybe there was a misunderstanding and he said something but we don’t here oops)
Fairly nice employees. Restaurant was clean. Basic cheeseburger is ~$2.50 though.
About a year ago this location had the worst staff I have ever dealt with. The night staff ladies were completely just straight up rude with horrible attitudes. ("B" words). They would also mess up my orders all the time. As of lately the staff has gotten better, but not perfect, and the new lot of employees are getting orders right 80-90% of the time. It just sucks that I haven't been able to order a milkshake in a while. They always say that the machines broke. Well it has been "broke" for like 2 months now. At least it seems so.
The food is pretty good. Drive thru is open 24hrsThe fries were pretty stale, and had no salt whatsoever, but the customer service is very punctual & polite- wich makes the experience more pleasing- and I found 3 separate hairs in my double ¼ pounder /w cheese.
They tried to change my order for 5 - 4 piece chicken mcnuggets to 20 piece. I know it's the same number of nuggets, but I wanted 5 - 4 piece. They put bbq sauce instead of sweet and sour. When I tried to correct her, she ignored me. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else or if my order was correct. I waited until the screen changed before I drove up to pay. Again I said I wanted sweet and sour not bbq. She corrected the order on the receipt. When I drove up to get my order, the bbq sauce packets was buried under the food. Again I told her I wanted sweet and sour sauce, she gave me two. Asked if I could have one for each 4 piece box. Finally!
Had several negative experiences at this location. Decor is nice but the service recently has been terrible!At my most recent visit, I placed an order through the mobile app and paid for the food. Waited in one of the parking stalls for well over 30 min and no one showed up. Tried calling and no answer. I went through the drive thru and spoke with the manager (been 45 min at this point) and the manager claims there was no one in the parking stall. She offered to remake the order and upon receiving it, food was not remade, it was microwaved, AND they messed up the order. Aside from the terrible customer service, the manager did not apologize, gave me attitude, and claimed I was lying about not being in the parking stall?? Yep definitely the last time I'm going to this location
The worst experience in customer service, we were told to use kiosk when he was at register. We have to insist so they will take our offer. Was this the manager policy. They do not deserve even 1 star.
They advertised the Guava-cream pies, but did not have them. As you can see it upset me immensely.
