Love this place. Food is great. Wait staff is friendly and professional. Only cons are no hard alcohol and they close at 8pm.
Excellent service, our server was attentive and kind. She checked on us often and I didn't feel like I was forgotten about at all, despite being there during the dinner rush. I had the Black and Blue Bruger and it the best burger I have ever had. I will be coming back, and have already told my entire family how wonderful this place is!
I was only cutting over to hwy 29 when I passed by what looked like a nice local steakhouse, so I pulled in. What a pleasant surprise, we decided to stay and have a bite to eat, she wanted a lobster roll and I wanted steak and lobster "all the lobster" our dinner was wonderful and yours will be too.5 stars
Scallops were cooked perfectly and vegetables were fresh and also perfectly cooked; friendly service even with a packed restaurant.
Finally tried this place...it's everything the community says.5 stars across the board, excellent service, ambiance, cleanliness. The food was great. For the test of a good steakhouse, I ordered filet mignon, hubby got surf and turf. That steak was perfect, I'm still thinking about it. We enjoyed some wine with our meal.The only thing left wanting was dessert. We each got a cheesecake, but neither of us enjoyed it much. I think they don't have regular dessert, just what was in the display? The restaurant could benefit from a couple nice desserts on the menu. But after all, it's a steakhouse, not a bakery, and the steak was great!
Food was good but I gave it 3 stars due to service. It wasn't busy at all there was only 2 tables with people and my group was 1 of them and it took forever to get our drinks.
Horrible experience. Mother's day busy and understandable. Waiting for the other half of order with a gap of 30 minutes is unacceptable with hot entrees. Why would you cook salmon entrees and let them sit for half an hour and then cook scallops and the rest in between other orders. A Togo order doesn't make it mean you can not car about hot and food safety. Waiters were extremely untrained and while not rude, did not care and were cold. The manager apparently took his time to come and did not resolve the issues. Everything from handling the phone order to communicating with the customer or simply reading back the order. Food safety and care of packing. Stay away from this place and would never be back. I had to create an account to write this review as I have worked in customer service for a decade and could not have witness more unprofessional untrained staff and my experience at Manny's was extremely poor with cold unevenly prepared food and staff not caring. Other 5 star reviews warrant it's reputation in Vallejo and I was really looking forward to trying this place and that fell short of expectations
Manny’s Steakhouse is very accommodating in substituting my meal with a green delicious salad instead of potatoes that I can’t have. But most of all, Manny put a smile on our face, because we came in 10 minutes after Breakfast was over. We started to leave & my Husband said to Manny, we wanted Breakfast and we are late for it. Manny said not a problem he gave us a breakfast menu & we ordered.?
My wife and I have been here many times. Always a delicious meal. Manny and his son Gio know how to do it right. I love the steak sandwich and my wife loves the steak salad. Deeelicious.
First time being there, came a little late but they treated us like we we're their first customer of the day. Food was great!!! I'm going back.
